Chapter 5

A few days after receiving the letter Glim asked for a page to get Tagoal for him. He lives on the outskirts of Oakhurst up a windy road leading behind a strange rock formation by the forest separating The Kingdom of Heaven from Oakhurst. Tagoal had to travel through the forest, which was about two miles wide.

"Who was that?!" Tagoal turned to some trees and a bush to when he heard a rustle of leaves there, "Answer you idiot!" Said Tagoal in confusion. It was then when Malonroy walked out from the bushes and trees. "Malonroy, I said I didn't need help!"

"I came just in case." She argued

"But you where already called down." Tagoal said without thinking.

"I know I was here if anything happened to you." Malonroy filled him in. There was a brief silence and Malonroy knew what was coming.

"Hey. You never answered my question before." Tagoal said raising his finger in the air showing he remembered something.

"What question?" Malonroy asked tring to trick him even though he wasn't going to fall for it. Tagoal was about the say something but was immediately stopped by Malonroy. "I know what question. Here let me explain."

"Alright." Tagoal said as he sighed while his lips were slightly closed making his lips hit each making a strange noise. He then folded his arms across his chest and stared and her.

"I've been living for many years. I'm a witch, yes but…" She said but was stopped.

"So you mean I kissed a old person!" He started to picture things in his mind and made a face of disturbance.

"Yes! Just listen. I can use magic. You know like spells, and I can summon a familiar." She elaborated.

"Huh? What's a familiar?" he asked

"It's a magical companion like a cat or bird. I've got a cat. These familiars can help me with potions and cast spells."

"Oh. Right….Huh?" He had no idea what she just said. By now they could see the castle and is out of the forest and now must walk down a small hill and walk up a road to the castle. She sighed and explained for him. Once they entered the castle passing the guards they were in a giant room filled with doors and a large stone staircase leading up to five more floors above the first. She showed him up to the throne room so he can to King Glim.

"Uh. Sir. You called me right." Tagoal said seconds after entering the room.

"Look at this." Glim looked up from his conversation with some man and handed him the letter. Tagoal read it and looked up.

"Your friend here and Gimble the gnome are helping me. I need your help also." Glim said pointing to Malonroy.

"I am getting anything out of this?" He asked

"50,000 gold." Glim said knowing at least one of them would ask.

"Phhhh…SURE!" Tagoal said as his eyes lit up.
