My Nightingale
Listen to my nightingale
As she's sing a little tune
Through the winters rain and hail
Or the warm summer months of June
Come listen to my nightingale
When she stands proudly on her perch
To cheer up anyone that weep or wail
As they lose on long lifes search
Dare listen to my nightingale
You'll be her slave for forever
Her voice will be strong not frail
To curse, for she is clever
Listen to my nightingale
As she's sing a little tune
Through the winters rain and hail
Or the warm summer months of June
