A Ghost
Acknowledge me…

Can you see me?

Or am I a ghost your eyes pass right through

A hollow being…a child's plaything

A cold lonely shadow who stalks you

Am I a haunt?

Does my presence pain you?

Do you want me to leave…?

And still…still I would never leave

Like a ghost I will follow behind you

When you look at me

What do you see?

A ghost…cause that's all I am

I'm not a person…only a lonely soul

Desperately searching for a love

One that will last a lifetime
