I walk across the barren desert in search of my light.

The wind whispers and the sand rumbles, but I was born in this land and I am not afraid.

Across the darkening horizon, a single newborn star shines, and with new enlightened hope, I stretch out my tiny wings in an attempt to chase.

But the sky seemed too wide and vast.

And with my wings too small, I waver in between.

The many times conquered earth, or the star that can never be caught.

Whichever I choose,
One thing can be sure,

I will surely miss another,

Just hope I won't regret.
