A poem of passing doubts,

Shall it last until the end of time?

Perhaps, for no one can know,

Of its first writer born so long ago,

The poet of passing doubts -

(A poem of doubts)

Angel of the Sea

Tell me angel of the sea,

Tell me through a windy breeze,

Tell me why the sun is yellow?

Or how can men betray a fellow?

XXX

Tell me, angel, why do some hearts hurt?

And why do some hearts choose to suffer?

And why do people keep their sorrow in?

And how can people be so mean?

XXX

Tell me angel of the sea,

Where mermaids dwell in your blue palace,

And sirens sing to passing sailors,

Tell me how blind can one human be?

XXX

Tell me, angel, through the ocean breeze,

Or pass me the message through the foamy waves,

Or ask a hippocampus to bring me one,

Or ask the moon to tell the sun.

XXX

Go on…use your triton of emerald gems,

Or find the answer from your fellow friends,

Just tell me angel of the sea,

Just tell me angel, what do you see?

(End)
