Title: love letter to the different world.

Chapter: (One)

Meanwhile with in the wall of the kingdom the night was filled with laughter and dancing except for a certain princess that was being forced to be paraded around on every suitor arm like a trophy. She didn't seem very happy as they would move closer to her trying to put there best moves on her. To only have her stand up and walk away in disgust. She felt like they just thought she was some kind of property no one saw her for how she really was. Aislin sighed as she made her escape to the balcony where the cool night air made goose bumps across her skin. Her white and black dress swayed in the gentle night breeze that was welcoming. Aislin closed her eyes as she leaned against the cement railing of the balcony.

It's was all but quiet except for the wolves howl from over the wall which made the air suddenly feel cold as she shuddered. But Aislin would rather be out her were the wolves over the wall then in the ballroom with all those wolfs in sheep's fur.

"Princess Aislin." One of the suitors said as he pulled back the curtain the hid the door form plain sight. He approached slowly like a snake getting ready to strike its prey. "You shouldn't be out here all alone. A wolf could jump over the wall and eat you and beside it's cold out here." He said as he grabbed Aislin and pulled her toward his body as he locked his arms around her chest.

Aislin hated men like that the most. She looked up into the man's brown eye that was constantly covered buy is even brown hair. "I rather be eaten by the wolf then have you touch me. At least the wolves don't wear sheep's fur. Sir Sulliee." She said as she separated his arms and walked back toward the ballroom.

"Umh. My names Sully. Not Sulliee." He said sulking as she was left along on the balcony as Aislin walked into the ballroom and found her self being circled by suitors that she didn't wish to be there.

To Aislin it was annoying to have to have them talk to her all at the same time. She wasn't too happy about them closing in so there was no room.

What's wrong with these men don't they see I don't want them around me. How hard is it to see I don't like these damn wolves, snakes and old king that want a young queen. The old kings are sitting by the walls waiting for me to come there way so they can try to charm me. I rather leave… Aislin thought as a loud howl suddenly echoed around the room which made everything stop and the knights surrounded Aislin.

Aislin stood on there tips of her toes trying to see over her knight the only thing she could see were a prince and his squire standing in there. The squire looked embarrassed as the prince let out another ghastly howl. The prince looked drunk and his squire grabbed his arm trying to calm him down.

"What's the meaning of this?!" The King demanded as she banged his scepter on the tile floor. This made everybody stop to watch the king in surprise, as the prince finally quieted down and his squire kneel on one knee in front of the king.

"Sorry my King Osgood." The squire said as he yanked the prince to the ground which was an amazing feet.

"You're the squire and yet the prince acts low brow at this ball which deserve punishment but as seeing as you are so loyal I'll excuse you this time." King Osgood said as he looked at the musicians nodding to let them know to start the music once again.

Everything became normal once again and Aislin was surrounded by the suitors that gave her a headache. Dismissing her self from there circle she walked toward the princes and squire that had been making such a fuss.

Why did he howl is he drunk or just an idiot? Aislin asked her self as she headed toward them avoiding the kings and the court lady's that wanted to speak to her about things she didn't like discussing.

The princes had brown hair like the other men his eye's were a light brown color and his cloths showed that his servant had a good taste of what to were he wore no rings no jewelry. The prince was still making a ruckus as his squire tried to calm him down. They both froze at the saw her coming toward them. The squire actually was unhappy to see her approach them.

"Aislin!" The prince exclaimed as he waved at her like a drunk. To only have the squire step in front of the princess to stop her from approaching.

"Princess Aislin. I'm sorry if I did better this would have not happen. If you are embarrassed well leave we didn't mean to ruin your ball." The squire said as he looked down at the ground.

Aislin realized that the squire's hair was a beautiful cream almost white like dog fur and his eye's were a rich honey gold color. His skin was a pale but more of a cream then just being pale. His words were soft and gentle that made him sound like an angel.

"I'm Aislin. What's your name?" Aislin said as she looked at his cloths that were just a beautiful as him. She didn't know what else to say it was as if her mind has just been wiped clean of everything she knew.

He blinked as she looked up into Aislin's gray eye's that looked different then earlier she actually looked happier. He could feel his faced turning warmer as he looked away once again.

"My names is Syaoran. I mean Alaric! No I mean.." He was getting flustered as he looked back toward his prince.

Aislin couldn't help but smile as she watched him. To only have the prince start to laugh a Syaoran who was already embarrassed.

"Now that funny. He doesn't even know his own name." He laughed as he picked up the wine bottle and took a swig of it.

"Syaoran Alaric? Is that you name?" Aislin asked as she watched him shake trying to stop freaking out.

"No!" He said sharply as he looked up into Aislin eyes that made him feel hot and confused. As she waited patiently as he tried to think properly. "I'm nothing but a servant you should talk to me." He said as he tried to walk away to only have Aislin tug gently on his shelve.

"Do you want something to eat?" She asked shyly as let go of his sleeve as she looked around.

"Squires are not allowed to eat at the ball." He said sulking because he was actually very hungry compare to his prince the slob.

"Follow me." She whispered as she walked towards on of the curtains of red quickly slipping behind it. Syaoran wasn't sure why he had told her his name and wasn't sure if he was supposed to.

He looked at his prince who smile and nodded as he walked into the crowd and started flirting with the servant woman. Syaoran followed Aislin behind the curtain.

Behind the red curtain was a hallway that you wouldn't know was there if you just looked at the curtain. Aislin was running down the tiled hall in her high heels. He raced toward her not wanting lose her.

The hall way was lined with huge windows that let in the moon light that lit up the whole hall way.

"Princess Aislin, please slow down." He asked when he was behind her almost able to touch her. She looked back with a smile as him to only trip over her own foot falling on to the cold tile floor. Aislin let out a little sob as she sat up looking at her ankle.

"Are you okay?" He asked in shock as he ran to her side looking at her ankle then at there. Tears were running down her cheek. Syaoran rubbed her ankle as he picked her up with ease and started back toward the ball room.

"No I don't want to go back to the ball please." She begged as he continued to walk with no means of stopping.

"Your hurt princess. I don't want you to get into any more trouble." He said as she squirmed trying to get out of his grasp. Syaoran tried hard to keep his grasp on her but his body was still foreign to him still. So he had no choice but to stop trying to not let her fall to only get of balance and fall on his back.

"Are you okay Sir Syaoran." She asked as she got up to her knee's looking down into Syaoran's rich honey gold eyes which seemed to jumble up her brain once again. Her heart raced as tried to think.

"I'm not Sir anything. I'm fine." He said as he leaned up helping Aislin up as his mind raced as he tried to remember what he was going to say.

"Please let not go to the ball. I'm fine. See." She said as she pulled her hand away and started to run walk down the hall way once again.

"Princess it would be wise to go back. This is your ball." He reminded her as she continued to walk.

"Yes the ball I didn't want. Come on Sir Syaoran." She said not stopping as the end of the hall drew closer.

"Fine." He said feeling to tired and to hungry to argue with her anymore as he followed her to a door way that was well concealed as a painting. The only thing that worried him was the full moon looming dauntingly in the sky above the castle.

The kitchen was huge with an even bigger cool box that kept the food cool so they wouldn't spoil. Aislin open the big door fairly easy as she peered into it. Aislin pulled out a platter of snacks put it on the huge table in front of them. Aislin sat down before Syaoran could pull out her chair for her.

"Everything on this platter is really good." She said picking up a few grapes and sticking it in her mouth. Syaoran wasn't really sure if he wouldn't get into trouble if he took something eat. Cautiously he took one slice of melon and stuck it into his mouth.

"Isn't it good Sir Syaoran?" She asked as she took some more grapes and ate them with a smile on her face.

"I'm not Sir anything I already told you that. Didn't I?" He said as he took on more piece of melon.

"Yeah I guess. But as long as you call me princess I don't fell I can talk to you." She said as she took one of the strawberry and bite into as the juice lingered on her lips. "So call me Aislin."

It caught him by surprise that she would say anything like that to him. Unknowing he hand dropped the melon back on to the platter smiling Aislin picked up the piece of melon and started to laugh which made him feel very shaky. That's when Aislin noticed he was shaking and stopped laughing.

"Are you okay?" She asked as he continued to shake like a leaf not moving she swear she could hear him shake.

To Aislin's surprise he broke out into laughter almost howling with each laugh. She wasn't sure if he was doing on purpose or not even away that he was howling like a wolf. After awhile he stop and he looked as if a light switch had gone off in his head. He quickly stood up.

"I've got to leave." He said quickly as he looked around. "Good Night Prin… Aislin." He said as he dashed into the hall and disappeared.

Aislin had never just been called by her name like that. It made her happy for that what little reason it counted as. She put the platter back in the cold box and walked down the hallway to find the secret entrance that led to her room which was too hard because she's only done this, thousands of times before. Her room was always spotlessly clean which seemed to bug the hell out of her. To tired to change she laid on the top of her bed falling to sleep with in seconds.

Mean while Syaoran leaped off the balcony landing on all four and running through the garden toward the Kingdoms wall. Syaoran leaped over the wall and into the forest. He moved like lightning as he struggled to take off his shirt as he ran deeper into the forest. As he took of the shirt he took off the shirt under his first easier then the other shirt and kicked off his shoes as he just left them where ever they way fall. He stopped once he heard the howling in the distance. Syaoran started running toward the howls of his pack at full speed till her reached them. Standing in front of his pack was Lance the wolf runner who watched over his pack.

"Lance?" Syaoran asked as he slowed his pace down to a walk up to Lance how had green hair for an unknown reason.

"Syaoran. Where were you?" He asked as he stepped forward grabbing the necklace that lay around Syaoran's neck. "You were playing with humans…"

"No Rollin went I was making sure that he didn't get into trouble. That's all nothing more." Syaoran said as he looked into Lance's eyes.

"You smell like human. Tell me why now." He ordered to Syaoran as he tugged at the necklace as he looked him straight in the eye.

"She gave me food on the way to get me food she tripped and hurt her ankle so I carried her. Nothing more Lance I wouldn't intentionally put the pack in danger." He growl as he hit Lances hand away making him let go of the necklace.

"You better not fall in love with that human. You're a wolf and she's a human it isn't possible not matter what time may change." Lance pointed out as he put his hand on his shoulder to only have Syaoran shrug his hand away and walked into his pack.

"I know." He said bitterly as he walked into the pack where Rollin sat waiting for him. Syaoran from evaporated into a cream colored wolf with rich honey gold eyes as he walked up to the pack who circled him happily greeting him with nuzzles and barking.

Lance turned his back to the pack and disappeared into the forest with incomparable ease. After Lance left Syaoran headed toward the lake the glowed in the moon light it was calm almost to calm but it didn't faze him one bit as odd. Rollin walked up behind him and sat by his side. Rollins brown fur contrasted Syaoran as the both looked out at the lake.

"So did the Princess Aislin give it up to you or what?" Rollin asked laughing as he watched Syaorans eye's.

"I'm not a horn dog like you." He said grumpily as he got up and leaped into the lake letting the water soak into his fur. Rollin knew better then to pester him any longer as he trotted off into the forest.

After awhile Syaoran got tired and climbed out of the lake shaking the droplets of water lose from his fur. A branch snapped behind him making him spin around to see how it was.

A gun shot in the distance woke Aislin from her sleep in a panicked. She had never heard the sound before and it scared her. Running to her balcony she heard thee wolfs howl eerily as the wind whipped through the trees as the guards ran back and forth afraid of the wolves.

"I wonder what's going on?" She whispered to herself so the guard wouldn't realize she was awake.
