A/N: These are going to be random stories that pop up in my head between two characters, Tori and Zane. So, I hope you all enjoy these stories and that you review, cause reviews are lovely.
"I've never been on a motorcycle," she stated casually to him one day. His hazel eyes widened as he sharply turned his attention to her.
"You've never ridden a motorcycle?" he asked in shock, as if she were insane for never riding one in her seventeen years of living.
She nodded her head slowly and thought for a moment before replying. "I don't think the little mini-Harley that my dad has counts as a full-fledged motorcycle."
He nodded in agreement while muttering to himself, "We'll just have to change that."
She looked over in confusion and asked him to repeat what he said. He simply shook his head and effectively changed the subject to their newest reading assignment.
"No," she said flatly, crossing her arms over her chest. "No, no, no. Absolutely not."
"Oh, come on, Tori, you aren't going to die," he replied casually, holding up a helmet for her to put on. She looked at him for a moment, then at the helmet, and returned her gaze back to him. She slowly shook her head in disagreement.
"No."
He sighed in frustration as he looked over at his bike. A few minutes of silence passed between the two.
"Zane," she said, breaking the silence, " I know how you drive. I've seen how you drive. And, this is…going to be my first time on a motorcycle. Can you understand why I'm a bit wary?" She glanced over at him, awaiting his reaction.
As he returned her gaze, a spark of mischief glittered in his eyes. "No," he replied as he shoved the helmet on her head. She squawked in indignation, her emerald eyes gleaming in anger. He laughed as he peered at her through the visor of his helmet that he recently put on. She huffed and crossed her arms once again. He shrugged if off and clambered on his motorcycle, twisting around to face her. She sent a half-hearted glare in his direction. He smirked, patted the seat behind him, and then motioned for her to come over. She shook her head in disagreement. He sighed once more and said, "Tori, come on. Nothing will happen to you."
"No," she said firmly. Rolling his eyes heavenward, he dismounted from his bike and walked over to her. Warily, she watched as he advanced toward her. She had no warning when he grabbed her by the waist, flung her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes, and calmly walked back to his bike with her fighting all the way. Somehow, he managed to mount his bike with her still on his shoulder. He unceremoniously dumped her behind him and started the bike. When it rumbled to live, he shouted a precaution.
"Hold on!"
She hesitantly wrapped her arms around his waist. Her shriek was the last thing heard as he wheelied out of the parking lot and drove into the unknown.
