Forever-more
There is one place where no one else has seen
A place where only you and I have been,
And in this place of silent wonders,
Deep in our hearts we know,
And within this love we vowed,
To be friends forever-more,
Sometimes things don't seem so easy,
When I'm yelling as you cry,
Sometimes things just don't seem right,
When you're angry-
All the guilt and lies.
Never right and never perfect,
Emotions run within a circuit,
All the scarring and the pain,
Caused just to all be healed again,
We've been through so much…
Always together,
With you by my side…
My heart beats forever,
For you are,
The golden treasure I have found,
In the diminishing dusk of life.
