Seraphim

The wind sighs

As the seraphim falls

The stars cry

And the world grows small

She lost the man

For whom she burns

Her heart broken

She mourns

She falls to Earth

To be reborn

To toil by the hearth

Immortality, she spurns

The man she loved

Returns as well

Reincarnated, renewed

To ride the oceans swell

He was murdered

She chose to Fall

For all who have loved

Damnation grows small

Their love was taken

And passed through the flame

Though their hearts were broken

Their love still remained

Though they are apart

Their hearts are united

The greatest gift God created

True love is pure, untainted.
