They both speak to me clearly,
But neither ever hear me.
So I speak on my skin,
Releasing the sin
That's built up inside.
I have darkness to hide.
No one will read
All that I bleed
When I'm alone.
Mom's on the phone,
Dad's watching television.
Now is the time to make my decision.
Should I slice a little deeper,
Feel my eyes grow weaker?
Should I scrawl a goodbye
Just before I die?
