I would not change the world for anything. The world, our earth, is perfect. I have, instead devoted my life to changing the human beings that inhabit this place. My goal is to restore the balance, the harmony that once existed in our lives. But I do not wish to follow the traditional methods of doing so. I cannot sit in a meditative state, secluding myself from the world as my ancient texts describe. The people are different now.
I will become a United Nations member, a diplomat, an ambassador. I will not preach to the people, but I can make subtle differences and hope that others follow in my path. An entire world full of different people will not listen to one person telling them what to do and how to live. But perhaps my actions can affect another person or two, and their actions can affect yet another. I plan to change the world in the path of Ghandi, and Mother Theresa. I can't perform miracles or lead a people but I can serve as an example.
People must be changed one at a time. Their beliefs must not be construed as wrong; they must simply come to the conclusion that perhaps other ways are better. I will show to the people of the world, one by one, a life without killing and hatred; but ultimately it is up to them to accept the changes I choose to make in the world. After all, it is not mine to change.
