I'm Getting Married? To my BOSS?!
Summary: Valerie Parv works at a company named Valencio, where Zachary Valencio is rude, blunt, cold, and who happens to be the owner. Will they make a sizzling match when their parents set them up? Or will one of them flee?
"So it's settled?" David asked "How much?"
"Yes" came another manly voice, "50 grand plus 30 of stocks of Valencio"
"But why do you want our daughter? There are plenty of other women out there", Martha, Valerie's mom asked, not concerned with the money.
"We want your daughter for our son because we've watched her. We believe that she can help our son."
"How can Valerie help your son?" Martha glanced at her husband David wondering what their daughter would say about this. She knew he didn't want the money either, but it was his way of coping. Valerie was his life.
"She can turn him into a man" Mrs. Valencio looked pleased. She had gotten what she wanted, a wife for her son Zachary. His life was all business; he didn't know how to relax or to have fun. Valerie would teach him that, she would teach him life.
"So since this is settled, why don't we go get dinner? I mean, we are in Paris." John said to the other couple. He too had longed to see a woman at Zach's side. Not those who wanted his money, but the one who would love him for him. He hoped this Valerie was the one. He didn't want to make another mistake for his son. And secretly, he hoped Zachary would fall in love immediately.
AUTHOR'S NOTE.
Hello! I decided to change it up a bit. I haven't decided if I wanted to do something like every odd chapter in Zach's point of view and every even chapter in Valerie's point of view, but so far it's worked out like that. I don't think I'm going to have something like that planned out. But don't worry you will still be able to tell whose point of view it's in the chapter. The view won't change within the chapter, but if it does I'll note it so you won't be confused. I'm starting to like it because now, since I'm re-writing it, I am having a better time seeing the plot. At first I knew what I wanted to write, all the ideas were there, but I didn't know how it was all going to play out.
I want to thank you, the reader, for taking time out and reading this. I want to tell you I really appreciate it. I'd really love some feedback. It would help in seeing what I am doing right and wrong and more importantly just give me some encouragement.
Thank you all!
