One word: alive (1/28/06)

.

My mother said to me:
Don't talk to strangers. Don't take their candy; you know Little Red Riding Hood, don't you?

I was too small-too young-to remember the exact words she said, but it was ingrained into my head for years afterwards. A lot like how a lot of things out parents tell us, when we are young, stick with us like they are the words of God.

I think I would've told her:
But he didn't have candy!

That is, if I were still alive.
