A/N: Yep, I had the greatest bout of inspiration for this story. Here it issssssssss! Now, I'll probably post about 2 or 3 chapters every time so there's a lot to look forward to. I'm trying to practice my suspense skills so forgive me if the endings to the chapters suck or the whole story for that matter! P
Also this story involves a good bit of cursing, and relations to eating disorders so if you don't like either…I advise you not to read it. Other than that Enjoy!

Chapter 1Like Yesterday
It feels like it was only yesterday when we first met. Alessandria had just relocated from Finland. I was 12, she was 10. She was my next-door neighbor, but I was scared to talk to her. She was quiet though; I never heard her sweet voice until one particular night.
I was sitting in my backyard looking up at the stars when I heard someone sniffling from the other side of the fence. It was her. She was knelt down on the grass with her face filled with tears.
"Love me! Please?!" She cried out.
I slowly got up and made my way to the fence.
"Hey." I said softly. She looked up at me. "I'm not trying to be nosey or anything, but why are you crying?"
She got up and walked towards the fence.
"Nobody's home, and…" her voice trailed off weakly. "…And…I think my aunt left to go get drunk again. I just woke up!"
Her eyes met mine.
I remembered that it was only she and an older woman had been living in that house. It must've been her aunt.
"Oh…I'm sorry." I said. "Who do you want to love you?" I questioned, knowing that that had to be one of the dumbest questions to ask.
She looked down. "Nobody." Her eyes had cleared up and she was now sniffling.
It was then I knew that she desperately needed attention, and mostly, somebody to love her. Of course I thought it wouldn't be me. I couldn't do that.
"Well…Do you want to come over to my place and stay for a while?" I said.
"I don't even know your name!" She looked back up with a puzzled look on her face.
"I'm Spencer." I smiled.
"I'm Alessandria." She smiled too. "I don't think I should." She replied.
"Okay, will you be okay?" I asked.
"Now I will." She said looking back at her house.
It was the beginning of a great friendship.
Everything from skateboarding to watching every super bowl led us to this point now. Her aunt decided to move back to Finland, she fought every way she could to stay here, and won. Only to move in with my mother and me. My mother was excited, and treated us like brother and sister. Now that we had this band thing going on, she's helped us so much. Buying a bass for me and a guitar for her.
Through a close friendship Alessandria, Jason, Derek, and I decided to form a band. We all loved music, why not make some of our own I thought.
Jason and Derek looked like they could've been related. Both were 21 and quite tall. Both had medium length blonde hair and dark blue eyes. They even worked at Starbucks! But the only thing that made them stand apart was the fact that Derek was gay, the fashion, makeup, and 'best advice giver' kind of gay. But I didn't mind, they were the greatest friends I could ever have.
Alessandria was only 5'2" now, and quite thin, it almost looked un-natural. She had long wavy dark brown hair with a few thick locks of blonde; her hair grew out that way because of her constant needs for medication. It just caused her hair to go haywire. She had beautiful green eyes, and was always the one to be very dressy. Every guy wanted her; she was both smart and beautiful, the only 16 year old to ever graduate early out of Monte Carlo High School.
Then there was me. Black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, and a pretty okay figure…at least that's what people said. I really thought I was still stuck with this baby fat. I didn't have a rocker type figure, tall pale and skinny. I was tall, about 5'8" but weighed around 170 pounds.
