You captured a flower yet to bloom
And tenderly you tended to it.
You gently peeled the dead layers away.
And it hurt.
But soon fresh layers were exposed.
And you lovingly caressed it.
You smiled knowing what as to come
And one day this little flower realized
She had you
And she smiled as she began to bloom
Her petals reached out and her roots began to grow.
Inside her held an inner glow
And she started to grow
Among her dead flowers lay
They snipped and snared
But she held onto her Carer
He was always there.
She loved him so
And the love only became deeper
She worship him
And Praised him for all he'd done
And when the day came to see her reflection
She saw Him
And she felt beautiful
