Wish
Has anyone ever told you, that if you wished on a star, your wish would come true? And has anyone ever warned you to be careful what you wish for? It's true.
Star-Light, Star-Bright; first star I see tonight. Wish I may, wish I might; have this wish I wish tonight.
My name is Izumi and ever since I was little, I always wanted adventure. An exciting life, just like the ones shown on TV. I tried my best to have adventure; by burying my head in comics, anime and soap operas. But I never actually think I'd have one.
I made friends with a boy when I was seven years old. His name was Ryo; with sparkling green eyes and platinum hair, he was the most beautiful person I had ever seen. I told him about my dreams of excitement; my will to be like the heroines in Anime shows. So he told me to wish. Ryo told me to wish for adventure only once a year: on the seventh stroke of midnight, on the anniversary of the day of my birth.
So I did.
Star-Light, Star-Bright; first star I see tonight. Wish I may, wish I might; have this wish I wish tonight.
And let me tell you, believe. Because wishes DO come true. And this is the story of what happened to me.

This story has already be put up on before. It was orginally titled "A Wished Fate" by Turbocookie. I am her, just under a new pen name with better talents then before. The original is still up in Fictionpress and can by found on Turbocookie's page.
I decided to rewrite this story because I feel it is one of the best I've written. I love it very much and it holds a special spot for me. So, I'm rewriting it and finishing it. This is book for of a now 4-part saga. With more to come no doubt.
