Comatose yet Audible

I woke-up; the bright sun was streaming into my window. It was a beautiful day, I can tell these sort things. My bed was comforted to my every need, and I just barely awoke when I realized, I had no recollection of where it is, exactly I was.

The ceiling was blank, and in my bedroom things were written all across the walls, and ceiling. I threw the blankets off but, quickly realizing I was bare to the bone I pulled them back on. It was daytime, and I was in some sort of trapezoid shaped room, where the room was empty besides a bed and a set of clothing laid out for me. I dressed in the clothes and walked to the window.

Since there was no door, I propped the window up with the thickness of the blankets. I hopped onto the sill and leapt off into the world. I was falling…idiot. Always look out the window before you leap. Thousands of feet below me, bare ground ready to be the pan for me, the pancake batter. Ready to splat any second I closed my eyes, wishing for more time. More time…

I jumped. Shaken awake, laying my head down, I looked up. I was sitting in a room with millions of books. A very large library, if you will. My heart was still pumping over 150 times. I was in shock from the fall. Still not apart of the normal, living, breathing human race. I had something in my pocket…I took it out. It was a small metal pipe, in which you place tobacco or other smoking material. I placed in a small amount and lit it up, as I began to stroll this large library. A mountain of knowledge at my fingertips. I alone had been left to read these books. I alone had been left…
