The Secret Garden

She felt the wind blow on her face, surrounding it like the softest of pillows. She drank in the beauty of the garden that she had suddenly found herself in. Grass, greener than the greenest, apple trees with fruit redder than her lips. The fountain in the center of the garden made the faintest of sounds as the water flowed, giving the garden such a peacfull presence; it caused her to fall softly to the ground into beautiful sleep.

Birds sang sweetly from above, and soft music coming from seemingly nowhere caused a smile to play upon her sleeping face. Butterflies of all colors flew about her, and the willows danced gracefully in the breaze. It was a place of living paradise.

Her eyelids fluttered open. She looked about to see what had starteled her so. It was a small, white bunny tickling her with its velvet nose. She laughed softly at its sweet innocence.

She made her way through the garden toward the fountain. Taking some of the flowing water in her hands, she drank the cool, sweet, refreashing water, then splashed some on her face to wake herself up. Getting a sudden playful idea, she threw herself into the large fountain and began to swim about. Her long white dress enveloped around her body. Looking about, she knew that she had found a heaven on earth.
