Dear sweet death you failed to come.
I hoped and prayed that you would soon tell me my life was done.
But I was wrong you had a plan;
you gave me a very dashing young man.
I guess you knew what it was that my heart so desired.
So here he is and here he stays.
But dear sweet death please remember to evenly end our days.
Or else you may just see me off schedule for it is him that I live.
Dear sweet death I promise not to disregard this evergiving gift.
