I'm breathing air
That's before you came
After experiencing you
I'll never be the same

The lights in the room
Reflected in your eyes
They sparkled like the stars
And happy fireflies

Corrected
Collected
I hide
And complied

Looking for something else
Up in the very skies

I had felt it once before
Again it wasn't real
I knew that these feelings
Weren't the feelings I should feel

This was just attraction
It was just a fraction
Of what it could be
If only you were he

It wasn't right
Off, out and flight
And so it was outcast
I knew this wouldn't last

Confusion isn't part
Of something that I need
I desire happiness
Not lies that grow like weeds

Of love I know now
Which is why I'm now the author
Of this and many more
And now I'm breathing water
