Screaming at the top of my lungs

Hoping for someone to hear

Afraid of my own shadow

I am my own worst fear

Fleeing what's around me

I can't get away

I jump at the least sound

Too afraid to stay

No one is there

No one will help me

All there is is chaos

And no where left to flee

Gone is the hope

The fires fade away

And I'm left in the darkness

Where I can only pray

For a rescue

From my own fear

Gone are my friends

They just left me here

To die alone

And to never go back

And I will die alone
