BANG! BANG! BANG!

Sidra quickly looked up as someone bashed on the door.

"Sidra, Get out of here!" Her father whispered at her from across the table. She abandoned what there was of her small breakfast and ran over to the window and tried to it open, But like usual it refused to budge.

"Sidra, Hurry!" Her father whispered harshly, She looked around at him anxiously, He was standing near the door, He noticed the look on her face and realised that the window was stuck again. Whenever it is stuck she can never get it open. He took a step towards her when they banged on the door again. He slowly turned, Opened the door slightly and looked out.

"Your late on your debts." A loud, Ruff voice said. Sidra turned back around and frantically tried to get the window open, It was the only way out. She had to get it open!

"I haven't got the money yet." Her father spoke, The door still half closed so the people outside couldn't see her. "Give me an extra week."

"Not good enough!" The voice yelled and Sidra got down on her knees and used all of her strength to push the window up, Her long black hair getting in her eyes. "You know what to do." It didn't sound like he was talking to her father, Which made her push harder on the window and it finally flew open making a loud bang.

The door swung open and her father was knocked to the side and onto the floor. Sidra looked over and saw that five soldiers were now entering, They saw her and one instantly came rushing over. She managed to get her right leg and upper half of her body out of the window before an arm encircled around her waist.

"Aaaaaaaah!" She screamed as she was pulled back inside causing her head to smash against the top of the window sill. She fell onto the floor but was picked up by someone. Sidra's head was spinning, Her vision was blurry and she could hear fighting from somewhere in the distance.

"I never knew he had a daughter." The soldier who was holding her up stated blankly. His voice seemed distant too. But the sounds were getting louder.

"Neither did I but now we have a slave." The same loud, ruff voice said. At that she shook her head successfully bringing her back to normal.

She saw three of the men fighting with her father. Fear swept over her as two of them kept him busy and the other hit him over the head with enough force to send him to the ground. They took this advantage and tied his hands behind his back, Grabbed hold of him and hoisted him to his feet. All three of them had to hold him because of his strength.

At this site Sidra fought against the soldier holding her so hard that he had to pick her up and through her over his shoulder. 'Grrr! Strong people suck!'

"Graaah! Put me down you allocco fossa!" Sidra screamed and pounding her delicate looking fists on his back.

"What a dirty mouth." Chuckled the soldier holding her.

"Gaaaaaaaah!" She screamed and pounded harder.

"Take them outside." Said the, Well he seems to be the leader so let's just call him the Commander. The soldier holding her walked out of the door behind her father, The other soldiers and The Commander. After going down the stairs outside of the compartment, They walked into the street.

The soldier holding Sidra put her down, Turned her around and held onto her arms tightly. She could do nothing but watch as her father was thrown to his knees and held still. The Commander drew his sword.

"Father!" Sidra screamed and began to struggle. The Commander put his sword against the top of her father's neck.

"Father!" He slowly brought the sword up a bit and then slowly back down.

"Father!" Again, He slowly brought the sword up a bit and then slowly back down again.

"Father,"

Sidra's father stopped struggling against the men and looked into her eyes, His full of sorrow and sadness, Her's full of fear and pain. The Commander's sword then came upwards and swung down harshly.

"FATHER! NO!"
