My world is turning Grey
When you're leaving I stay
I feel so insignificant
My life's just a cliché
I run through your fingers
Like unnoticed grains of sand
Why has my life gone colourless?
Except the grey, of bland
You want nothing to do with me
I'm not going to wait
But why'd I elude your mind?
Is it your mental state?
Your eyes are crude, they seek and twine
My secrets are unfurled
Your colours wash the monochrome
That makes up half my world
I wait in silent darkness
For you to share your light
Though you still intent to hide
You do this out of spite
My vision turns to grey
You're causing more incite
You see me and turn away
Torment is your delight
