t.w.o.

Pixie fidgeted constantly in his chair as he stared out the window, trying to figure out where Cassidy was taking him on this new adventure in their life.

When Pixie began to recognize some of the buildings, streets, and stores his smile turned into a frown. His guess was affirmed when Cassidy pulled up into the apartment complexes parking lot.

"What are we doing here?" Pixie asked his boyfriend as Cassidy turned off the car.

Cassie moved around, searching for his lighter. He couldn't find one and resulted to his matches.

"Sid and Oli have a place to themselves. It's the easiest place to be at right now."

Pixie whined. "Sid hates me."

"He does not. You've known each other since you were kids, he just likes to pick on you."

"Well it's not funny," Pixie whined, glaring at his boyfriend. Cassie ignored him and got out of the car. He stood there lighting up his cigarette and then leaned down to the window.

"Are you gonna come or not?" he asked with an expressionless face.

'Do you want me to come?' Was what Pixie wanted to ask. Instead he just nodded giving into whatever this boy said and got out of the car.

They walked up to the entrance, easily going past the bellmen and up the elevator.

"You think Ollie's gonna be there? I haven't seen him in weeks," Pixie commented as Cassidy stared at the door, blowing out smoke from his mouth.

"Doubt it, you know him."

"I'd like to see him," Pixie whispered as they walked out of the opening doors.

Cassidy banged on Sid's door repeatedly and called out his name, not caring if neighbors woke up or complained. Finally the door jingled and a disoriented Sid Vicious answered.

"Well, if it isn't the suicidal couple," he greeted. He looked to Pixie and patted his head. "Which dwarf are you tonight, angel?" Sid never got tired of the dwarf joke with him.

"Fuck you."

"Oh, I'm guessing it's Grumpy dwarf, right?" he teased. Cassidy put out his cig on the carpeted hallway floor.

"Can we stay the night?"

Sid looked at Pixie's bag.

"Ah no, Cass, don't tell me you're making him run away too?" Sid frowned, letting his buddies in.

"He's not making me do anything. I chose to." Pixie yawned. Despite the cocaine in his system that usually had him bouncing off walls forever, he was tired. It was still in the middle of the earlier morning, and he had been in a deep sleep before Cassidy had come.

"Go lay on the couch." Cassidy said to him, nudging him over. Pixie obeyed and cuddled up under a blanket.

"I hope you know I drool and fart all over that blanket." Sid laughed. Pixie just ignored him and hid further under the sheets.

"Sid? Who's here?" a feminine voice asked, coming out into the living room.

Cassidy looked up from the table that he was now sitting at and sprinkled some coke into the pipe full of weed. When he saw the girl and her lack of attire, he awkwardly averted his eyes to the ground.

"Always walking around with your titties out," Sid laughed loudly.

"Cassidy!" Candice cheered, seeing their new guest. She grabbed one of Sid's shirts sprawled on the ground and put it on.

"I didn't expect to see you here! Where's your other half?" She asked.

Cassie just grunted, and nodded his head to the right, not bothering to use words to communicate with her. She wasn't the effort.

Candice walked to the couch and peeked over. She smiled big, and pulled her blonde hair up into a messy bun.

"Baby cakes," she cooed, resting her hands on the edge of the sofa. Pixie poked his head out from the blanket, and looked up at the voice. He smiled big for her and waved.

"Morning,"

"What are you guys doing here?" she asked. Her dark eyes noticed the backpacks, and she nodded. "You're lucky it's the summertime or else you'd fail school, bub."

Pixie nodded, and glanced over at Cassidy who was lighting the blunt in his mouth.

"Yeah, I guess," he whispered. "But it's worth it."

Candice nodded, not believing it was, but kept that to herself. "Ollie isn't home, go sleep in his room."

"Yeah, his bed's actually pretty clean for once in his fucking life. I don't even know where the hell he's at!" Sid mentioned. Cassidy was coughing as he passed the joint over.

Pixie got up from the couch and neatly folded up the blanket. He stood up and paused there in the living room, staring at his boyfriend with eyes that only he knew what they meant. Cassidy nodded to him.

"I'll be there in a sec," he said and grabbed back the joint as he attempted to control his coughing.

Pixie hugged Candice, and walked off to the bedroom. The room was dark, messy, and the bulb was blown. So much for clean. Taking a deep breath, Pixie felt his way to the bed, stubbing his toe twice in the process.

Finally making it there, he collapsed on the soft sheets and crawled under them.

This was a new adventure. It'd be fun. It'd be just the two of them. Cassidy would take care of him, and love him forever and that's all that mattered. Cassidy had chosen him. He was chosen by this amazing boy. Pixie repeated these ideas over and over again until he was able to overcome the cocaine in his system and fall asleep.

Cassie never came to come and check on him, he had was too busy watching Sid and some guy that had dropped by with more weed play a video game.

Sometime during Pixie's sleep he was woken up by someone cursing and stumbling just like he had done, into the room.

"Cassie?" He whispered, frightened a little.

Sometimes Sid would have such random characters in his house that you couldn't be completely sure who was harmless and who wasn't.

"Nah, what? Pix? Is that you?" A voice mumbled, obviously not in the right state of mind.

"Oliver?" Pixie asked, knowing that voice anywhere.

Ollie chuckled, and ran a hand through his messy brown hair; it wasn't like Pixie could see any of this anyway. He squinted in the dark with the blanket pulled up, but could only make out an outline of the tall boy.

"Yeah, that's me. Me. Me. Me. It's me. Ha!" Ollie said. "What am I doing at your place? I thought I was home?" he asked confused.

"No, no this is your room. Cassie and me are running away. I'm in your bed. Sorry," Pixie giggled. Ollie was pretty much Cassidy's best friend, apart from Milo and himself. Cassie was closer to Ollie than he was with Sid. Ollie had issues: issues that led him to separate himself from them for weeks at a time with no phone call or anything. He'd just up and disappear.

Frankly, it scared the crap of Pixie because there was a point in his life when he had been in love with this boy. But Ollie was straight; he was the only one that hadn't actually dated a boy out of the group of them. Pixie tried very hard to change that, and he almost did. Really, he just got him into bed and he was drunk at the time. But it was close enough!

"Oh, right. Running away? Again? Fuck man, fuck. Where the hell is my…" His voice cut off, as he reached on the bed for who knows what.

"You're fucked up," Pixie laughed, covering his mouth cutely.

Ollie nodded, his hair flopping around. "Copy that. I can't even see with my eyes closed. What the fuck man?! What the fuck?"

Pixie laughed loudly now. "Come to bed, cutie." He said, holding out his small hand.

Oliver had somehow made it to the floor, kneeling to the ground. He popped his head up hearing Pixie's voice and smiled. Reaching for the bed he crawled on it and snuggled in.

Pixie winced when he felt Ollie accidentally kick him with his shoes. Leaning up, he undid the laces and pulled them off of him. Ollie lay back, laughing, and staring up at the ceiling.

"You want your pants off?"

"Do you want my pants off?" Ollie replied, Pixie rolled his eyes: he and Sid were too much alike. Ollie sort of wiggled his pants to help and then yawned loudly.

"Cassidy's here? I didn't see him."

Pixie's heart skipped. "What?"

"Oh wait, no I did. Fuck, I haven't slept in three days. Fuck that, I'm tried, Stix," he said. Pixie got back in his sleeping position right beside him. Ollie scooted closer to him.

The two laid there, looking at one another the best that they could in the dark. Ollie smirked, and moved closer so his face was inches away.

"You're too cute. One day I'm gonna look at you and you're gonna be a girl. I just know it," Ollie murmured. Pixie blushed.

This was wrong. He was Cassie's best friend. Pixie loved Cassie to death. Shaking his head, Pixie took it upon himself, and turned around so his back faced Ollie.

Oliver didn't mind and wrapped an arm around Pixie's waist. "You're so small. You eating?"

"Y-yeah," Pixie stuttered. Ollie snuggled his face into Pixie's hair and smelled him.

"So pretty."

"Ollie you're trashed." Pixie said, moving his hand away from his waist. Ollie put it right back.

"No I'm not."

"Yes, you are," Pixie retorted, gripping the wrist attached to the hand trying to go down the pajama pants that he managed to change into. "Stop, I'm serious."

"Yeah, yeah, sorry," Ollie whispered.

"It's okay," Pixie said, and closed his eyes. "Good night, Ollie."

Ollie said nothing and turned his back to Pixie.

By the time Pixie woke up, Ollie had left, disappeared like he always did. At first Pixie thought that maybe he had dreamt Ollie was there since he had missed him so bad. It wouldn't the first time that he had a dream about him. Ollie was like Cassidy in so many ways, some better and worse.

Cassie and Pixie stayed there for the rest of the day, mainly because Cassie slept the whole time. When he finally came around about nine that night, he made phone calls about where they could go.

Sid didn't mind them staying there but Cassidy knew that it was only a matter of hours before Milo would show up and blow up at them. Cassidy had to get them going again, he couldn't have Pixie's psycho mom come there too.

Pixie had leaned over his shoulder pretty much the whole time as he called up people, biting his nails and looking at him nervously. Cassidy loved that scared look, as perverse as that sounded. It turned him on. He wanted to just reach over and fuck the shit out of him. It was when Pixie started whining or bitching with that same look when Cassidy wanted to kill him. Just to see what it would be like to see someone dead. Just for a second. But you couldn't really murder someone for a second, could you?

"We're going to Tweak's," Cassidy finally said, as he grabbed his shirt.

"What? No!"

"Don't," Cassie warned. He was gonna start the bitching.

"Please, Cass, you know that…"

"I know. But Tweak's parents don't give a shit and he said that Milo just left there saying he was coming here. He knows that we're not at Tweak's yet, he won't think we'd be there because," Cassidy gave Pixie a look and bit his lip. "You know..."

"Because of what he did! I'm not going there!" Pixie said, trying to be tough.

"Then don't," Cassidy laughed, shrugging.

Pixie's heart dropped. "You don't want me to come with you?" he whispered, hurt.

"I told you it was up to you, you have a mind of your own. If you don't wanna be there, then don't be there. But I'm gonna be there, and I know you wanna be where I am," he said, pausing as he shook his cigarette box.

Cassidy stared at him with those dead eyes again, those dead blue eyes. "So?" He laid out on him.

Pixie felt sick with himself. He was so pathetic, Cassidy knew what he'd do so there was no point in Pixie even arguing.

"I hate you."

Cassidy laughed out and then started coughing. "Yeah, I tend to hate myself quite a lot too. Come on." He held out his hand and Pixie couldn't help but smile.

He was Wendy, and Cassidy was his Peter Pan, holding out his hand and taking him off to Never Never Land.

Too bad Never Never Land was delayed for a moment as they had to take a detour to the Devil's House instead.

Pixie fidgeted as Cassie knocked on the door to Tweak's house.

"I hate this, I hate this, I hate this," Pixie muttered repeatedly.

"Just go to sleep then. We'll leave in the morning; we can't stay in LA anyway," Cassidy said, praying for Pixie to just shut the fuck up.

Pixie crossed his arms with a pout on his face.

Cassie sighed, knocking on the door once again until finally Tweak opened it up. He didn't say anything to them but nodded and smirked down at Pixie.

"Wow, never thought you'd come five feet near me," he laughed, his blue eyes twinkling with amusement.

Pixie glared.

"See, I told you! Forget it!" Pixie shouted, turning to leave. Cassie easily grabbed him back with one arm.

"Just come on," he said, and followed Tweak inside of the mansion. Tweak led them up the elegant staircase that spiraled up to the rooms above. He glanced back at Pixie, flipping his black hair and smiled. He loved annoying him.

Tweak led them up to his large room, secluded from everyone else in the house.

"Can he just go to sleep in here?" Cassidy asked, making himself at home. They knew Tweak too, from childhood, so it wasn't like he hadn't slept over here before.

"Yeah, sure. He knows where everything is," Tweak said, watching Pixie. Pixie hugged himself and walked over to the bed.

"You got stuff?" Tweak whispered in Cassie's ear, who nodded in response. "I'll be in the bathroom." Tweak walked to the bathroom connected to his room. Pixie made a face at the messy bed sheets.

"Who knows who's cum is on this?" Pixie whined. Cassie ignored him.

"Just go to sleep, alright?" he said.

"Where are you going?" Pixie asked, his bright eyes popping with fright.

"No where, we're just gonna talk in the bathroom. Just go to sleep," he repeated for what felt like the tenth time that night.

Pixie agreed and changed into his pajama pants. When he crawled into the bed, Cassie leaned over and kissed his forehead.

"I love you," he whispered.

Pixie lifted his head, and kissed his mouth quickly. "I love you too."

Cassidy smiled, and ruffled his hair, before coughing, and going off to the bathroom.

"So you don't even know," Tweak paused mid sentence as he snorted up the thick line Cassidy set out for him on the bathroom counter. "Where you're going?"

Cassidy shook his head, his dirty blonde hair moving stiffly. It needed to wash, but he forgot things like that. They weren't important to him. Getting fucked up was important to him.

'No, Pixie should be important to me, that's what I should have answered with,' Cassidy argued with himself.

Dipping his calloused finger into the pile of cocaine, he rubbed some on his gums and licked his already numb lips. The biggest asshole could hit him in the face, beat the shit of him, and Cassidy would bleed, and bruise and not feel a goddamn thing.

"This shits real good," Tweak noted, licking his snakebites.

"Shh." Cassie warned, worried that Pixie would wake up and see just how much coke he had on him.

"Is this all you've been into lately?" Tweak asked, knowing other things that Cassidy had gotten into.

Cassie nodded briefly, "For now."

The two laughed.

"You should go to Vegas." Tweak randomly mentioned as they managed to sit on the shower tile sometime during their coke binge. Cassie was playing with a rubix cube, and Tweak was smoking a cigarette, blowing out the smoke in circles.

"What?" Cassie asked, concentrated on the cube.

"Vegas, you should go. That's where most run aways go: here or Vegas, or New York, but that's far. My brother is down there."

"Lash?" Cassidy asked, interested now.

"Yeah, he's staying with some friends but I'm sure you could stay there, no big deal. You could call him now." Tweak offered, glancing over at his friend.

Cassidy sat there thinking. "Yeah, yeah I should."

"Go ahead, it's not like he doesn't know you," Tweak said. Cassidy nodded and slid out of the shower awkwardly.

"I'm gonna go call him in the other room," he said, Tweak nodded. Cassie was fucked up, he had to have been fucked up otherwise he would have never left Pixie with Tweak.

Tweak put out his cigarette and made his way out into his room. He stared hard at Pixie, who was snuggled up close in the sheets. Walking over to him, he sat on the edge of the bed and just stared down at him. Reaching out, he stroked his cheek.

Pixie's face fidgeted and he smirked, moving into the hand, thinking it was his boyfriend.

"Baby," Pixie whispered, and opened up his eyes. His smile instantly dropped and he scooted back against the head of the bed.

"What the fuck are you doing?"

Tweak shrugged. "Just watching you sleep, like old times."

"Fuck you."

"Are you really gonna hate me forever?" Tweak asked, his eyes doing that twinkling thing again. Anyone else probably would have fallen for this act in seconds but Pixie knew better, way better.

"What the fuck do you think?"

"I know you love me deep down. We had some good times. Right, boo bear?" Tweak pouted leaning towards him.

Pixie looked around anxiously. "Good times?! You call good times beating the shit out of me and raping me?"

Tweak's eyes hardened. "I never raped you."

"I said no."

"But you didn't do anything about it. You kept coming back for it, Pix, so don't blame that shit on me," Tweak snapped. Pixie's eyes glossed only a little.

"You don't know how long it took me to get over it. I was scared to death of you."

Tweak shrugged again.

Pixie sniffled, and shook his head. He wasn't going to bring up the past. He wasn't going to do it again. It was over; Tweak was an asshole, that's all he needed to remember.

"Where's Cassie?"

"Does it matter? I'm here," Tweak flirted.

Pixie glared and started to move off the bed, but Tweak moved closer to him just to be intimidating.

"Stop it."

"Stop what?"

"I mean it, Taylor," he warned, using Tweak's real name.

"You're in my room, my house. I can do whatever the fuck I want to do," Tweak said, jerking forward just to scare Pixie. It worked. Pixie screamed for his boyfriend, and Tweak's eyes widened as he covered the younger boy's mouth.

"Shut up, I was just kidding!"

Cassie opened the door in a rush, and stopped, seeing Tweak covering Pixie's mouth. Tweak pulled away and stood up, avoiding eye contact.

"You guys can sleep in here, I'll be in the guest room. Consider it a favor," Tweak muttered as he walked out. Cassie stopped him by the arm.

"Don't fucking touch him, Tweak."

"Yeah, I know," he said, and walked off.

Pixie laid back on the bed, panting. Cassidy moved over to him and replaced Tweak's spot.

"You okay?"

"Why'd you leave me with him?" Pixie asked, making sure to stare right in Cassidy's eyes.

"I don't know, I didn't think about it. I'm sorry."

Pixie said nothing. Suddenly Cassidy smiled. "I got an idea though."

Pixie looked up at him, trying to be mad but failing terribly. When Cassie was excited, he was.

"What is it?"

"Vegas."

"Vegas?" Pixie asked confused.

Cassie placed his arms on either side of Pixie's frail body, leaning into him so their faces where almost touching.

"Let's go to Vegas, it'll be fun. Lash said we could stay with him for awhile, until we find a place. We could get jobs."

"Could I get a job at fifteen?" Pixie asked.

Cassie shrugged. "We'll find something. If not I'll work, and you can just be at the apartment and look cute." He winked.

Pixie blushed and lifted up his arms to pull his boyfriend down to him. "It'll be an adventure, Pix, I promise. I know it hasn't been much just yet but it'll get better, I swear that-"

Pixie cut him off with a kiss and a cheek rub. He raised his delicate hand to smooth the skin over Cassidy's stomach. Cassie smirked that devilish smirk of his. Pixie related Tweak to Satan because he was just all over evil. And as much as he hated to admit it, he had to relate Cassie to having Devil moments as well because it was the truth.

Cassidy had these moments, this wicked look in his eyes, and this smirk on his mouth that caused chaos, and usually pain for Pixie somehow.

Cassie suddenly pressed his body against Pixie's to lay him back on the bed. He moved swiftly between his legs and stared down at him, making eye contact the whole way. He didn't have to say anything; his eyes did all the talking. Pixie looked at him confused.

"Here?"

"We've done it in worse places," Cassie whispered hotly against his earlobe, licking the rim as his hand slid Pixie's underwear off. Pixie shivered.

"We could catch something in this bed."

"We could," Cassie agreed. "But," he started. Pixie smiled.

"It'd be worth it," Pixie finished and Cassie slammed his lips on his as Pixie hooked his arms around his lover's neck.
