I was going with my sister, Ino, to a party

A/N: I decided to write this story on account of a dream I had the other day. Very strange, but it went like this: I was reading a label on how to cook my macaroni and cheese. The label said, 'Warning, do not microwave. Will create black hole.' I looked at it confused, and shrugged my shoulders. I peeled off the sticker and shoved it in the microwave. Then when I took It out, a black hole emerged, sucking me in it. I was then hurled out of the black hole minutes later and I realized I was three years into the future! All in all, it was a very strange dream. Here's the story! Hope you like it!

"I'm sick of listening to you two fight!" I yelled storming out the house.

My father had thrown the lamp at the wall, anger taking over him.

"Katherine," my sister called, "Katherine Elizabeth, get inside now!"

I turned back and saw her standing there, her eyes filled with tears.

"No!" I yelled, flinging the blue backpack with a small dolphin on my shoulders. "I'm sick of this! I'm tired of those two fighting all the time!"

"You're only sixteen," my sister begged, tears in her hazel eyes, "Where would you go? Katherine, please come back inside."

I turned away from her and said, "I'm going to Alyssa's. Goodbye!"

I then ran down the road, her screams for me dying out.

Tears leaked down my cheek. I saw the cars on the street pass me by.

You must be wondering who I am. My name is Katherine Elizabeth. I don't like my last name, which is Sean. I have long blond hair that is wrapped up in a ponytail and blue eyes. I was wearing a black tank top, jeans, and black flip-flops. I saw the necklace that held my opal birthstone glitter. Alyssa had given it to me on my sixteenth birthday the other month.

I had to get away from them. It was the third time this week that they fought. I couldn't take it. I knew I was leaving my brother and sister but I just had to go. I had to wait till they cooled off.

I heard thunder.

I looked up and saw the starry sky become covered in clouds, and small water droplets fell onto my face.

I groaned, but I couldn't go back there. I ran into the woods that led the way to Alyssa's house. I could make it, right?

It then became to pour. My clothes clinched to my body. I screamed in annoyance. I then saw a tree that had a large hole. I ran towards it and went into the hole. I panted hard.

I pulled the bag out in front of me, and began to unzip it. I dug around for two items I need at a time like this. I then felt two fluffy objects. I pulled out a dark blue blanket and a white stuffed polar bear. She was given to me when I was born by my deceased grandfather and I couldn't imagine giving her up.

I squeezed the stuffed animal, saying, "Oh, Bear-Bear, what should I do? I love them, but I'm sick of them fighting. What should I do?" I know what you're thinking. I'm weird for talking to a stuffed animal. Fact is, I am such an immature 16 year old, I didn't care what people thought.

I clutched the polar bear as the wind howled and the rain poured harder.

I closed my eyes.

"Maybe for just a second," I told myself, "Then I'll go to Alyssa. I just wish I could skip all of this. To just skip their fights, skip everything!"

I then fell asleep.

I awoke to the sound of an animal being hurt. It sounded liked a bird being attacked.

I looked out to still see the dark sky, but the rain and clouds had disappeared. I folded my blanket and placed it and Bear-Bear into my backpack. I flung it over my shoulders and walked out from the tree.

I then began to shiver as a gust of wind flew passed me.

I rubbed my arms for warmth as I walked.

Then, I saw something. A bright blue light floating in the distance. I squinted my eyes and stared at it. I then realized that I was walking towards it. Part of me was yelling to stop, but the other half was telling me to go for it. I then reached the light, and just stared at it. It was just floating there, doing absolutely nothing.

I then lifted my hand up. I flinched back slightly, but then let my fingers touch it. It felt warm. I then saw something begin to form. I squinted my eyes and tried to get a better look.

"What is that?" I asked.

I then saw the light swirl around my head. It then went into my face, and my eyes felt drowsy. I felt dizzy and fell to the ground, unconscious.

"Hey, sweetheart?" I heard a kind woman's voice ask.

I began to open my eyes to see the bright sun. I looked up and saw a woman with brown hair and blue eyes staring at me. I sat up and realized that I was on a park bench. I looked around and noticed that I was in North Park, the park not far from my house.

"H-how'd I get here?" I asked the lady.

She looked at me with sympathy and said, "I don't know, sweetie. Do you need me to call your parents?"

I shook my head violently. The woman smiled and then went to jog. I stood up, falling backwards.

"Whoa," I said, "Dizzy."

I sighed and said, "I better head to Alyssa's." I turned toward the exit and my mouth fell open.

There I saw cars, and they were floating a foot from the ground! I backed up, rubbing my eyes together.

"I think I'm still dreaming," I said, shaking my head.

I then looked up, and my eyes widened. I cars flying passed my eyes.

I backed up, and then heard a male's voice yell, "Hey, watch out!"

I turned only to be smashed into the ground. I sat up and rubbed my head.

"Ow, my head," I said, "That hurt."

"Well maybe you should watch where you're going then!" the male's voice said.

I turned to see a boy with chocolate hair and green eyes. He wore blue jeans with holes and a black shirt with a pirate skull on it. Around his neck he wore what looked to be a necklace with a cross.

"I-I'm sorry," I said looking at the cars above.

"Lousy tourist," I heard him mumble as he picked up a blue skateboard.

I glared at the boy and yelled, "I'm not a tourist! I live here!"

The boy stared at me and asked, "Then how come I've never seen you?" He glared at me with his green eyes.

I looked into his eyes and yelled, "How should I know?!"

"Jonathon!" a woman's voice yelled, "What's going on?"

I turned to see a woman, with shoulder length brown black hair and hazel eyes running towards us. By her side was a girl with chocolate brown hair and hazel eyes. She wore a pink skirt, white blouse, and white flip-flops.

"Nothing," the boy called Jonathon said standing up, "Just had an accident, mom."

The woman looked at her son, seeing if everything was alright.

I saw the little girl look at me and smirk. She looked at Jonathon and asked, "Are you sure it was an accident? I mean you did run into a girl."

"Shut up, Katelyn!" Jonathon yelled at the girl, who giggled at the boy's reaction.

"Girl?" the woman asked lifting her head up from observing her son, "What girl?"

Her eyes then caught me. They widened.

As her eyes began to fill with tears, she asked, "K-K-Katherine? Is it really you, Katherine?"

"Um," I was confused. I had no idea who this woman was. And what was with the flying cars? Where am I? Maybe if I play along…

"Yes," I replied, "I'm Katherine."

The woman began to spill her tears.

She turned and yelled, "Brian! Brian, come quick!"

I looked passed her to see a man with light brown hair and green eyes running with a black haired boy with hazel eyes.

The man reached the woman.

"What's wrong, Alyssa?" the man called Brian puffed.

Alyssa: I thought remembering my friend.

The woman named Alyssa looked at me, pointed, and asked, "Who does this look like?"

Brian looked at me, his eyes widened.

"This can't be," he said, "It's impossible."

"It looks like her, doesn't it?" Alyssa asked tears and a small smile on her face.

Brian stared at me and said, "But it's impossible! This can't be her!"

Alyssa looked at me and asked, "Katherine, what is your full name?"

I looked at her confused and said, "Um Katherine Elizabeth Sean. Why?"

Alyssa's smile became bigger and more tears formed.

She looked at Brian and said, "It is her! It is, Brian!"

Brian's eyes were widened as he said, "B-but she's been…she's been…"

The next thing I knew, the woman Alyssa was embracing me in a gigantic hug!

"I knew you weren't dead," she said, "I just knew it!"

She looked into my eyes and asked, "But why do you still look like you're sixteen? Wouldn't you have aged?"

I escaped from the woman's grasp, asking, "What are you talking about? Of course I'm sixteen. I was sixteen yesterday, I'm sixteen today."

"Katherine," Alyssa said, "It's me. Alyssa Levisee."

I widened my eyes.

I shook my head and said, "That's impossible. My Alyssa is 16 years old."

"Katherine," Alyssa asked, "Do you not know what year it is?"

I nodded my head, saying, "Of course I do. It's 2008."

Alyssa shook her head.

"No, Katherine," she said, "It's 2028. Katherine…..you've been missing for 20 years."

What in the world is going on? Missing for 20 years? Is that even possible?! I know this chapter isn't the best, but I promise it will get better. Please review for me! :D
