This Codex is part of the Arcane Library's ten year encyclopedic project, and was begun at the request of the Chief Librarian. It hopes to be the foremost authoritative military encyclopedia, but the way in which current military information tends to be kept secret by those who possess it means that the information may be sketchy or incomplete at times.
