It is in the night that I find myself wishing to be near you, for you to hold me in these darkest of days. But throughout the day it is the same.
The wind carries your name and the sky holds your face.
It is in this that I miss you, in this that I love you and know only smiles for you are real, for you are the one and only holder of my heart and the only person I can ever really love. Each path may stray, but ours are forever aligned and no amount of spiteful, jealous interference may sway our sure feet.
My very everything is with you and were you to leave me, where then would I be?
I would be nothing, Love; remnants clinging to your back.
But I know our hands forever hold each other's and our eyes will never stop falling into the other's.
There is love beneath these sheets and in these fingers. There is love in these words and it sings to me to write. We will always be together - forever and ever and ever - no matter how they may try deny our heart felt moments.
There is love and it is for you - you and only you.
I can have and be no other's, regardless of what they try. We are together now and always.

I found this in a notebook and almost started crying because it was the first thing I wrote for the love of my life (even though I never showed it to her)
I decided to submit it just to make her smile.
