List of Creatures:
Not all creatures are immortal. Some cannot die by old age but can be killed with magic and weapons; some can only be killed by someone's venom; some can only die by old age; some may only die when the Gods decide them to die.
The Eternal:
The Royal family
The royal family has existed since the time of Nothingness.
Dominic - The father, ruler of all. He was the one entitled with all. Descended from the Gods, he has the power over all creatures. Dominic created everything (in the shadow world), from creatures to lands.
He was killed by the Gods, when he made a crucial mistake of neglecting everything.
Elizabeth - The mother, wife of Dominic. She produced the heirs/heiresses. She made all the rules, all the limitations. She was in charge of controlling the Shadows.
Evangeline - The Seer of the family. Considered a mistake by her father, she dedicated her life to the small village of Kithleen. The people started hating her when she told the truth. Death, plagues and wars. They accused her of not doing anything when she could not have had done anything.
Dante - Twin of Virgil, he was destined to be the next on the throne if Dominic ever failed but their father chose Virgil.
Virgil - Twin of Dante, Virgil has always been more sensitive. He hunts Darkness as a job, not wanting anything to do with the family business - rule over the world.
The Royal family cannot be killed. Only family members can harm other members.
The Royal Family are all Demons. Strongest of all creatures, their blood is venomous when used in the wrong way but can heal. By using Blood Bond, they access several special Demon powers.
E.g.: Open secret passages ways. Communicate with each other through their minds when close. They can hide their scent and anyone else's around them. Can control most actions of creatures, (Not making decisions.)
Shadows:
Guardians
Creatures that make sure creatures don't stay in the Waking world. They have power over most things. They are the Enforcers of the rules. They usually wear a dark grey hooded cloak, with the crest of the royal family embedded in the back.
Elite:
Congress
Members of the Eternal court are called Elites. They are usually the most … civilized vampires or the highest ranking beings.
Vampires:
Creature
The first of all creatures, vampires have the power to smell if their prey 'fear'. They are agile, have sensitive hearing, smell and eyesight. They are quite strong and fast. Pale and tall.
Vampires need blood. Any blood will do, but human blood will suffice best.
Their eyes stay the same as when they are human. Only seductresses have red irises. (See seductress) Their eyes grow darker if they have not drunk blood in a long time.
They need the blood because their own has dried. This replaces it.
Sun cannot harm vampires but it irritates them, still they do not prefer darkness because they have such a pale complexion it is a bright contrast. They cannot turn into bats either, but they disappear when they run. They do not need to sleep in coffins. They can sleep but they don't need to.
Seductress:
Creature
A cousin of the vampires, only women can be turned into seductress( seductresses are only attracted to biting females, but they may feed on male creatures).They have the same powers as vampires, except for the smelling fear, only they give off vibes of lust. They use this to attract their prey and this makes them slightly more dangerous because it can affect anything and anyone.
They have red irises, growing darker for longer they have not drunk.
Werewolves:
Creature
The main adversary of the vampires, most werewolves form tribes or 'packs'. Most are like 'Mafias', serving one leader. They hunt for Elite vampire members for wealth.
Werewolves can transform anytime they want but they need the wane of the moon (Full moon) to replenish their strength.
Gypsy:
Hermits
Gypsies are like the ancient know-it-alls. They are nomads, travelling from place to place. They have lived since after the creation of the Crack. Gypsies sometimes live in the Mortal World.
