"Hey Sara, what ya doing?" I ask hoping to strike a conversation.

"Oh hay, Adam, I didn't see you there… Don't you think this is a gorgeous sunset?

"Oh wow, yes!" I say as I sit down on an old log next to Sara. We're up on this beautiful mountainside as a part of our annual fall retreat for the .. youth group. It's a shame that we can't just live hear because it is very relaxing to be away from all of the hubbub in Winchester, VA. I sit down next to Sara and smoothly place my hand on her shoulder. She immediately decides to scoot over to me and place her head on my shoulder. The two of us have been dating for about half a year so we've had our share of hugs and kisses but for some reason I can tell this is going to be a moment I'll look back on later in my life, perhaps when me and Sara are married. I look over to my left and I see a small sketch book which apperiantly Sara had been working on. So I ask

"What were you really doing out here?" Even though I already know the real anwser.

"Like I said I was admiring the sunset?" She replies to me with a silly little smile. We were both gazing at each other so I guess this is the ideal moment to move in for a little kiss. I move in, as she begins to move in towards me. As our lips touch I hold her just a little tighter and I close my eyes, savoring the moment when. I hear the voice of a good friend, Brian, Sara and me both leap onto our feet faster than a dog who's awaking to a pound of brisket at his feet.

"Hey, Hey Adam, Sara come on our youth minister wants us back in the cabin." Brian say's to use both from behind. My hairs raise as I feel the warmth of his minty fresh breath burst onto my neck. Sara and me push back from each other and try to pretend that we were just talking.

"Ha!, you don't have to pretend to be talking or what not." Brian say's with a chuckle.

"Oh! no we weren't um...a." Sara and I say trying to hide our emotions from Brian. But their not hidden well enough because Brian exclaims.

"Don't worry I won't tell." With a giant smile.
