It was about five minutes until our foster parents come. We just sat there on the stairs staring at the door. Yes, we were both bored to death.

"Jace?"

"What?"

"Can you help me change?"

"No." He said flatly.

"Why not?"

"I'm not a girl."

"Meanie." I pouted.

"Whatever. We have exactly-" The front door swung open. Two tall figures stepped in with smiley faces that kinda creeped me out. I'm guessing they're our foster parents?

"Hello! We're here for Mishelle and Jace." The women greeted loudly.

"-No time." Jace finished. I sighed.

Jace spoke first. "Um, I'm Jace and this is my sister, Mishelle." He was quite calm and polite for being him. I smiled a little.

The man stared at Jace and then switched to me. "Oh, so you two are our new son and daughter! Why don't you two get into the car first with your luggage while your mother and I fill out the rest of the papers." Jace and I both nodded in response.

We watched them walk away from sight. "I can't believe we're actually moving! Come on Jace! let's go." I grinned madly.

"Someone sure is happy." He eyed me suspiciously.

"Not really. It's just that you know we never had real parents but now...it's different. We have parents now." I whispered.

Jace scoffed. "Yeah, I guess. I kidna wanna leave this dump anyways. This town has nothing left for me to miss or value." I tilted my head and looked at him in curiosity.

"What about your girlfriends, your popular status, Darius, and all those other stuff? Don't you miss any of those?"

Jace laughed loudly at my question. "Like hell I am! Why would I miss those things? All I need is my little sister and our soon-to-be parents."

"Aw. I guess I need my big brother the most." Giggling happily I grabbed my stuff and walked out the door with Jace.

By the time the driver put our stuff in the trunk and the two of us were sitting quietly in the car, our new parents came back out.

"Okay, let's get outta here and go home! I'm sure they're ecstatic about meeting you two." exclaimed mom once we were on the road.

"They?" I asked.

"You'll see Mishelle. You'll see." Dad stated.

"Uh, you can call me Misha. That's what Jace usually calls me."

"Sure, Misha." Mom said.

I smiled joyfully. It's nice having parents.

Jace and I had fallen asleep after thirty minutes of driving. I was still sleeping soundly when someone shook me lightly. "Hmm?" I rubbed my eyes.

"Misha, we're here." It was Jace who had woken me.

"Where?" I was adjusting to the light.

"Where do you think, genius?"

"Well sorry for not knowing, Einstein. I was never that smart anyway."

"True." I hit him in the arm. I heard something crack.

"Ow, that hurt! Misha you should know how hard you hit especially with all that fat." He snorted ignorantly.

"Shuddup. So what if I don't have a skinny body like yours? Weightcism!" I stuck my tongue out at him.

"It's called a six pack for your information. And I am not weightcist. Don't make up random words. It's stupid." I got out of the car after my idiotic brother.

"You just made up a random word. That means you're stup-" I paused. I hadn't noticed the environment around here. It was a peaceful neighborhood with lots of nature. "Wow, this place is awesome." I commented.

"Yeah. we're pretty lucky to be adopted by a rich family." Jace said not bothering to look around at all. He just went straight for the door. "C'mon, Misha. Let's get going."

"Okay, okay. Stop being such a nagger."

"Didn't I tell you to stop making up words?" I glared at his back with vicious eyes and a low hiss.

"Can't help it. I'm an inventor."

"Not." I quickly followed behind Jace into the big, graceful house. My head turned in every direction as I took a look at everything I passed by.

"Your rooms are upstairs on the right. Misha's is the one with the turquoise door and Jace's is the one with the red door." Smiled our mom.

I nodded and Jace just focused on tredging up those stairs with his stuff. They both went into another room leaving me and Jace there.

"Well, see ya later, bro!" I happily dashed up those stairs to the right with my stuff.

I spotted the turquoise colored door and I opened it. It creaked. I took a little peak before standing inside. It was magnificent! The walls were light blue and there were these stars stuck on the ceiling. Oh, I always wanted those! It was a vast room with a huge bed covereing a lot of space. There was even a walk-in closet! I love those! I had my own personal bathroom. Awesome. The curtains were lavender like the bathroom door. Ha! Such good taste in colors. All that's missing is red and black. The carpet was indeed red. Now, black...It was the color of my desk. It was a very long and wide desk too.

"I love my room!" I squealed and jumped onto my bed. So many pillows.

"I'm glad you like it." said a voice by the door. I turned around. It was a really pretty girl with blue eyes and blonde hair. She was wearing a really cute outfit too. The kind that fattys can never wear. "I'm Kristi." She greeted me with a smile. Perfect teeth also.

I got off the bed and walked towards her. "Hi, Kristi. I'm Mishelle but you can call me Misha."

"Nice to meet you at last, Misha. I'm sure you'll love it here!"

"I bet I will. I'm guessing your my new sister?" I said.

"Yep! I'm one year younger than you. So, what should we start with." She studied me.

"Huh?" I asked.

"Your change."

"How did you-" She cut me off.

"Well, I did some research on you because I wanted to see what kind of person my sister was. I hope you don't mind." Kristi explained.

"I don't mind. it's good to know somebody wants to know about me." I laughed.

"Yeah, I'm sorry. I found out that you were..." She didn't continue.

"Often bullied, made fun of, bossed around, teased? it doesn't matter anymore. I'm gonna change right?" I grinned.

"Right!" She giggled. Aw, what a cute little sister.

"Okay, so what am I supposed to do?"

"You don't have to worry about that. The people who are helping you know what. It's going to be vacation in a week so you two won't be starting school until the end of next month. We have plenty of time. Just let them do their thing and by the time you start school, you'll rule the everybody." She said.

"Uh, I don't really want to do that. I just want to change for myself. And now you too."

"Okay, if that's what you want, sis." Her smile was like an angel's. I can't believe I'm supposed to be the older sister of her.

"Now what." I asked.

"Wait. Wait for them to come and follow what they tell you. Nobody will be seeing you until you're fully changed so bye! I'm gonna miss you!"

"Hold on!" She slammed the door closed.

I sighed.

"Fine, bring it on."

Jace's POV

Kristi told us that Misha was undergoing a makeover? I don't really get that girl sometimes. Today is finally the day we start school. We were eating together in the dining room. Mom and dad were here but Kristi was missing.

Suddenly that crazy little girl popped up outta nowhere. "Morning daddy! Morning mommy! Morning Jacey!" She skipped.

"I told you not to call me that didn't I?" I raised a brow at her. She became so clingy to me after I said one word to her. Hi. What is wrong with her?

"But it's cute! Okay let's forget about you right now! I'm hungry." Wow, I'm sure we needed to know that.

I rolled my eyes to myself and ate my breakfast. Kristi gobbled everything down her throat in an instant and jumped out of her chair. I looked up.

"Thanks for the food! It was delicious! I'll be going to school early today! Bye!" That girl does not know when to shut up. She's even more annoying than Misha. Misha...

I couldn't help but ask. "Hey, school starts today. Where's Misha?" I tried to act like it was no big deal but that little brat grinned at me.

"Ohhh, you'll see her later at school. Don't worry. She's absolutely perfect! Now bye!" Kristi ran outside and jumped into the car. I watched it drive away from the window.

"Perfect, huh? I guess I'll go to school early too." I smirked. I can't help it. My curiosity's killing me. This will be fun, anyways. I walked towards the front door and pulled it open. I stared out at the sky and began to jog. I know I'm fit enough but the girls wouldn't mind if I got an extra workout. I wonder if this so called prestigious, rich school has any hot girls.

But my baby sister always comes first, doesn't she. This is going to be an interesting day.
