Bitter Dorks presents...

"Paperback Album"

Members:

Keira - Lead Vocalist, Bass guitar

Triss - Lead guitarist

Mitch - Drums

Pam - Vocals, Keyboards

If the real world was a fairytale, no one from the Bitter Dorks would be a Princess.

Keira, the lead vocalist and bass guitarist, would be the pauper princess-lookalike, a beauty in comfortable rags.

Triss, the lead guitarist, is a Witch's Apprentice, a faithful and hardworking student who finds time to antagonize her Mistress' Rival's Apprentice.

Young and lively Mitch would be a gypsy's daughter, engaging in a game of cards with her father's (who's a knight serving the Royal Family) drunkard friends.

And dear, sweet Pam would be a bookkeeper's ward, who's always found at the back of the shop reading, while her black cat curled on her shoulder.

They would meet twice a week at the Wishing Fountain to perform their melodies and earn coins, which, sad to say, often ends up at the bottom of the fountain in hopes of making it big one day.

Extra

By Bitter Dorks

I was never the princess when I was young

Nor even the evil villain who played a big part

I was one of Snow White's seven dwarves

A part of Beauty and the Beast's dancing tea cups

I lived in a story

Unfortunately, not mine

Getting few attention

But I don't mind (Somehow)

I acted on the sides

Playing a small part

That's when I saw you...

- o

Chorus:

Extra! Extra! This just in!

Cinderella's fairy godmother

Fell in love with the prince

Hey, have you heard of

A guardian angel fell in love

Head over heels on her ward's true love

Tell me now, did you expect

The sidekick got the glory, honor

And the damsel in distress

Oh what a tragic tale it is

How a form of suicide, falling in love is

When it's not written

It's not supposed to be

For us minor characters to act on freely

I know it's a small chance

So impossible to believe

But I'm hoping this extra will capture your heart

- o

I could be the clumsy fool

Who made her slip into his arms

Or the ex-girlfriend, tearing him apart

So she could come in and mend his broken heart.

I can be a lot of things

Both good and evil

Only one thing's for sure

I can only be the spectator

A spice in the story, you may say

Just watching happy endings all the time

Not wondering why I don't get the last scene

Then the story brought you in...

- o

Chorus:

Extra! Extra! This just in!

Cinderella's fairy godmother

Fell in love with the prince

Hey, have you heard of

A guardian angel fell in love

Head over heels on her ward's true love

Tell me now, did you expect

The sidekick got the glory, honor

And the damsel in distress

Oh what a tragic tale it is

How a form of suicide, falling in love is

When it's not written

It's not supposed to be

For us minor characters to act on freely

I know it's a small chance

So impossible to believe

But I'm hoping this extra will capture your heart

- o

Yes such a pity it may seem

A minor like me to have a big dream

But hopefully one day, my story will start

Until then, I'll stay here and play my part

All the way into your heart

Oh what a tragic tale it is

How a form of suicide, falling in love is

When it's not written

It's not supposed to be

For us minor characters to act on freely

I know it's a small chance

So impossible to believe

But I'm hoping this extra will capture your heart

Yeah I'll be here doing my part

Wishing one day I'll manage to capture your heart.
