We have a million faces, a million voices. We have a million personalities, a million different feelings. We are a million different people.

We are teenagers. But what does that mean?

To everyone, there is a different definition. Some may think straight to the stereotypes- you have your jocks and your preps, your Goths and your loners. But how can one word sum up a whole person, more or less a whole group of them?

That's the thing- one word can never describe you, and one person can never completely know you. No matter what they say, that just can't happen.

How many people here have been looked down upon by authority, just because they're afraid that you'll do a little damage? How many people have been judged by the color of their skin, or because of what they wear or who they hang out with? Is it because of the way that you look? The way that you talk? Maybe because of your family or your friends? Sorry to tell you, but that's just not me.

Millions of teens will live a secret life, one that their parents or their friends will never know about. Everyone is entitled to a secret, of course. Is it was people don't know that makes you who you are? Is it what they'll never see that makes you truly unique? I guess we'll never really know. Not now. Not yet.

The truth has waited to come out. Now is your chance to find out what is really behind locked minds.

A/N: This wonderful project is being written with the help of Francilla Marie- check out her stories, she's pretty amazing :). Anyway, these will all be true journal entries from teens. Learn more about it on my profile, where you can send us an entry as well! Everything is anonymous, and all entries are appreciated. Thanks!
