Inspiration and a boring old Geography teacher created this. Oh! And also, I was upset about getting 'dropped' earlier in the week. This made it somewhat... less painful :) Enjoy, and review please.

In Ireland, we don't say,

"You got dumped!"

If someone dumps you, you're 'dropped'.

I know because I got dropped.

He dropped me.

And I shattered.

And I was broken.

And I didn't think that I could be repaired.

But I was wrong.

Because Mr Right came along, and he fixed me;

He didn't need glue, or scissors, or tape.

Just his arms.

It took a while;

Because I was nervous.

But he did it in the end.

Now I know I'll never be dropped, shattered, or broken again.

So, I've decided.

It kind of makes more sense to say that you've been dropped.

Because 'dumped' makes you sound like you're litter.

Which you are most certainly are not if someone ends it with you!

It's just that...

Litter makes you sound like you'll be picked up again in no time.
