Author's Notes: For Rachel.
I see you there
Shivering and alone
Drenched from the recent storm
Just seeing those sad eyes
I break a little inside
Unable to open the door
And envelop and protect you.
My fingers pressed to the cold glass
With arms longing to hold you close
But all I can do is wait
For a dream that may never come
Love it? Hate it? Wish it would spontaneously combust? Tell me with a comment
