Author's Notes: Was given the one word prompt of "desire" and this is what I did with it in 10 min.


All day long
The thought of you
Has filled me with desire.

The desire to demolish photo frames
Feed a roaring fire with letters
Murder that cheap teddy bear

But I don't

I stay curled up in my bed,
Wishing I never said yes.
