I'm sorry that I keep spamming you, and I promise this will be the last one for another few weeks, but so many of you have expressed an interest in what I'm doing, any news on current and/or future stories, giveaways, contests, publishing news, advice on how to be published, etc. that I decided it would be cool to develop some kind of mailing list to inform you of anything coming up.
For example, I recently published my novel Four Sides of a Triangle on Thursday with the digital publishing house ReneeRomance. I know a lot of you are familiar with the story, but I updated/tweaked it so it's better, and Renee, my editor/publisher/book cover designer created this amazing book cover. It's on sale for $1.99 on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles (I would post the links here but we know what a hassle FictionPress makes when it concerns links.). Now, in order to promote it and attain reviews for it, I hosted a giveaway through my stories on this site promising the first 50 respondents a free copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
But that is not the end of contests/giveaways. No, my friends. Because I'm publishing another book in a manner of weeks. If you're familiar with the Saving Smiles series and the Fatal Attraction series, you should know that it's been thoroughly edited, rewritten, and turned into a YA trilogy called The Dark Paradise Trilogy. The first book is called Awaken. And I can guarantee you, a similar giveaway will be announced around that time and I'll let the mailing list know when to expect news of a giveaway through my blog/twitter/FictionPress.

I'm already planning the content of the first newsletter, which includes a unique, interactive way to promote your work (whether you're self-published, a FictionPress author, or still aspiring) and news about the status of Awaken.
