"Hey guys! Wait a sec!" Max yelled, as he stood in front of a Jewelry store's huge glass window.

Nick and Kyle stopped and ran back to him,

"What's up man?" Kyle asked, looking into the window.

"What do you think about that one?" Max replied, pointing to a delicate sterling silver sapphire ring in the window.

"It looks expensive dude..." Nick trailed off only to be interrupted by Nick hitting his arm.

A grin crossed Kyle's face, as he had caught on to what was happening, as for Nick, he was still in the dark.

"You wanna get that for Natalie, so you can propose to her when we get back, am I right?" Kyle grinned, patting Max's shoulder.

Max nodded, "Yeah...I've been saving up for almost a year and a half..the second I saw her, I knew I wanted to marry her." he added, looking back up at the guys.

Max motioned his head toward the door, Kyle grinned and nodded, taking Nick's arm and pulling him into their car which was still waiting.

Max walked into the store, and straight up to a lady with a name-tag.

"Excuse me, Miss?" He asked, and smiled at her.

The lady turned around and smiled, "How can I help you Sir?"

"I'd like to buy that sapphire engagement ring in the window."

"Well, you're in luck, that's the last one we have in stock." she smiled, walking up to the window and taking the box with the ring, then walking a few feet over to the register.

"How would you like to pay?" she asked, looking up at him.

"Cash, please." he smiled.

After typing a few things on the register, she looked up, "Your total is going to be, Ninety Two dollars and Thirty cents."

Max got out his wallet and took out the hundred dollar bill which he had just exchanged earlier from his twenty and ten dollar bills.

She gave him his change and handed him the little box..

"She's a lucky girl, I can see a lot of love and dedication in you, young man. Be sure to take good care of her." the woman smiled waving as he went out the door.

"Sure will, Ma'am." Max yelled as he ran out the door and into the car.

"The airplane is about to land, Please fasten your seat belts and prepare for landing." came a woman's voice over the speakers of the plane.

"Thank god!" Kyle sighed, "I thought this ride was gonna go on forever!" he laughed.

After about twenty minutes, the guys where off the plane, and had already gotten their luggage,

now they where standing in the boarding area.

Max took a good look around, but could see nothing but sea's of people running around, trying not to miss their flights.

Finally he gave up looking on the ground so he hopped up on the nearest empty chair to get a better look.

"I see them!" he shouted down to Nick and Kyle, then he hopped down, grabbed his bag and motioned his hand forward telling the guys to follow him.

Moments later, he saw the girls.

Natalie, his beautiful girl. Cassie, Nick's girlfriend and Katalin, Kyle's girlfriend.

The second Natalie caught sight of Max, tears of happiness fell down her cheeks as she rushed up to him, he had his arms open, as she jumped into them, he held her tightly not letting go as he gently swung her around, she leaned up and briefly their lips met.

Then moments later, Max had leaned over and whispered in her ear,

"I've got something for you, Beautiful."

Then he took out the little ring box, got down on one knee and looked up at Natalie, who had more tears of happiness streaming down her face.

Everything was just a loud, colorful blur, but to them it felt like no one was around but the two of them.

"Natalie Jane Rockbell, will you do the honors of marrying me, my love?" Max smiled as he held up the ring box, opening it to reveal the beautiful sapphire ring.

Natalie gasped, "Max... it's beautiful!"

He smiled, "As are you babygirl," he paused " so I take that as a yes?" then added, standing up.

"Yes!,Yes! A million times yes!" Natalie smiled, tears still streaming down her face.

Max placed the ring on her left hand, then in one quick movement, he wrapped his arms around her and passionately kissed her.

"You're home." she mumbled, returning the kiss.
