Another horror story... So be careful! This one is also gory... I might go back and add more gory details in it also :D
Trapped
"Ugh… I'm STILL wondering what you do all day!" I exclaimed.
"See? You can't handle it." Ray answered, and I glared up at him."
"Sure I ca-" I stopped in mid sentence, as I felt my thoughts scramble randomly. My eyes slightly widened as I realized that while my thoughts were scrambling, I couldn't make sense on my own thinking!
Instantly, I let out a giant screeched as I felt my body explode into some great pain. The pain traveled all over my body, and in the tiny corner of my mind I heard my name being called… But I was way too focused on the burning and torturous pain that kept traveling through me.
Well… That's the last thing I remember before passing out…
When I finally awoken (though I really don't know how long I slept…) I realized I was in a slightly dim room. I didn't know where the light was, but I was still able to see things… I tried to move around – and I finally realized I was standing up… - but…
I'm chained up…
There were metal clasps that were around my wrists, ankles, waist and neck. I tilted my head back, and though it couldn't go as far as I wanted to, I saw the clasps were attached to chains. And the chains were attached to the wall. And the wall was attached to… Well… Frankly, I really didn't know what the wall was attached to, but that's really beside the point.
I tested out my movements, wondering how far I can move about. I found out that I wasn't exactly tied up completely though… I was able to move my feet… Just slightly though, since it only let me move a little bit so I wouldn't lose feeling while I kept standing. My arms were also somewhat able to move about…
Actually, the limits to my movements were jumping jacks, but I couldn't sit down, or jump too high.
Either way, I was still chained up! And I wasn't about to allow that!
I tried to bend down, so that I could rip off the clasps around my ankles, but I noticed that my arms wasn't allowed to reach that far down… I frowned, and I quickly thought of a plan. I had to free my arms first, before I was able to get rid of all the clasps, so…
I took in a deep breath as I ready myself to call on my vampire powers.
Then, with all my might, I yanked my right arm across my body, trying to break the chain. After all, if I tried hard enough, the chains will rip off the walls right?!
Wrong…
Right as I yank the chain, my arm flew back as if the wall yanked right back at me. I closed my eyes tightly, as my feet stay still in the same spot because of the chain. Pain flew up and down my arm, and I almost cried out, but for some reason a scream was caught in my throat.
The wall kept pulling my arm, tugging and tugging, and I was ready to do anything so it can finally stop!
POP!
My mouth finally let out an ear-splitting screech as I felt my arm dislocate from my shoulder. "My arm!" I cried out in pain as numbness started to set in.
At least the pain's gone… Right?
Suddenly, the chains started to relax, and I sighed in relief. Even though my arm was dislocated, I was happy that the wall didn't rip it off completely… I kind of want my arm to stay on my body…
But as I looked to my side, I stared in slightly horror at my right arm that I couldn't feel…
It was just flopping around disgustedly till it finally settled at my side…
I groaned in realization. I knew it was dislocated, and I knew how to fix it! But the reason why I groaned? Well… I also knew that fixing it will NOT be fun…
I sighed, and my left hand reached up to where my right shoulder and arm met. I closed my eyes tightly, and grinded my teeth, ready for the pain that was about to fly through my arm.
I winced as the pain traveled through my arm, and I begged the god why the pain was lasting forever! POP! My arm finally went, and I sighed in totally relief as the pain started to subside…
"Ah… Hurting yourself already?" A voice suddenly flew in my ears, and I looked up in hope. I knew that voice! I knew that voice anywhere!
"Ray?!"
"Yes?" He answered, and I smiled as I saw his sparkling bluish purple eyes, and his soft black hair… And no, I don't love him, what in the world are you readers thinking?!
"… What are you doing just standing there?" I muttered, knowing I needed help… I usually hate asking for help, but I know exactly when I need it.
He grinned at me, and I knew he was going to make fun of me at this… Instead, he just came closer, and I looked at him, wondering what he was going to do. "But you look so cute tied up and useless…"
I stared at him, "Excuse me?"
I think he's gone mental… "Ray, I'm tied up… I need HELP?!"
He smirked, and he lifted up my chin so I can look directly at him. "And why would I help you?" He asked, and I glared at him. I ask him for help the one time I REALLY needed, and he decide he wants to be all strange and different!
"After all…" He started, and I saw his eyes darken, "you left me for 900 years… I think it's time you felt my pain."
Suddenly, he slapped me across the face, and I knew he didn't use all his strength. Otherwise, my head would have flown off, but he did do enough for severe damage. I coughed violently as I felt something hard swim around the blood in my mouth. I spitted it out…
It was my tooth… "RAY! YOU BROKE MY TEETH!" I yelled at him, looking back up and glaring at him.
He just smirked in response. And my eyes widen as I saw that in his hand he held a whip. A whip… And I was tied up… Ohhh… This can't be good.
And I was right.
For the next few minutes – though it seemed like hours – I was whipped constantly. I didn't get to see what was Ray's expression during the whole entire time, but each time the whip scratched my clothes or skin, it would leave a burning gash. The gash felt like it was it was burning… and threatening to burn a whole entire hole right through my body.
Something was wrong… Completely wrong, Ray wouldn't do this to me. I know he wouldn't. It wasn't my fault I left 900 years ago, and it wasn't my fault someone called him back. Sure, I had some to do with it, but I didn't want it to happen.
If it was up to me, Ray and I would be living happily somewhere… With our daughter, Sophia…
"Mommy?" I perked up at the voice, I knew this voice too! I saw Ray also perk, and looking at the direction the voice came from.
He stared straight behind me, and I tilted my head backwards. "Sophia!" I called out, my eyes softening as I saw a little girl with bright red hair looking up at me. I don't know why she had bright red hair… But, I knew she was my kid… Our kid, since she had some features she must have inherited from her father, Ray.
"Sophia…" Ray spoke softly, and I looked back at him.
Please… Please snap out of it…
But instead of his soft expression I hoped to see, his face was set straight. Totally emotionless… But… As he realized who Sophia was – as if he's forgotten who his own daughter was – his features started to grace up in a smirk.
"Ray… Don't… Please, not Sophia!" I sputtered out, he wouldn't dare think of hurting her! Not little Sophia…
"Mommy? Daddy?"
"Sophia… Come here." Ray said, with the kindest of voice, but I saw his features. His features were set on hurting her, and I couldn't allow that.
"No Sophia! Don't go to daddy. Stay behind mommy, please!" I begged her, not wanting her to get hurt. I can tell she wanted to go up to Ray, but as I told her not to, she looked up at me in confusion.
"Not go to Daddy?" She asked me, total confusion in her eyes.
"Come to me, Sophia." Ray spoke up again, and in his hand he held a little doll. It looked like a little old, ragged stuffed doll of a girl, and I knew exactly what it was. It was the little doll I gave Sophia when she was a little kid.
"*enter name of the doll here 8D*!" Sophia squealed, and she ran straight towards Ray, totally ignoring my warnings. I tried to call her back, but her mind was squared on that certain doll, and Ray's face showed that he knew it.
Ray bent down when Sophia went up to him, and he gave Sophia her little doll. For a second, I thought that perhaps Ray had a change of heart, and he had finally went out of his delusion.
But I was quickly proven wrong.
Ray suddenly grabbed Sophia's arm as he stood up, and Sophia looked up at him bewildered.
"My kid, huh?" He spat, and I winced at the sound of poison and hate that dripped off his voice.
"Daddy?" Sophia whimpered, looking up at the tall man that hovered over her.
Suddenly, I started screaming at Ray as I saw his whip turn into a knife. "DON'T HURT HER RAY! DON'T YOU DARE!" I screeched, going against my chains, and trying hard to break free.
I couldn't do anything though, and Ray slid the knife across Sophia's hand. Sophia started screaming and crying in pain, and tried to wiggle free, but Ray's hold on her arm was much too strong.
"Look, she bleeds, just like the rest of us." Ray's voice sounded amused as his mouth was still twitched up into a smirk, and I stared at him in disbelief.
"How can you Ray?!" I yelled at him, totally flabbergasted at his act. This couldn't be the Ray I know, this couldn't be…
"Because, I can do anything." He laughed, quoting me. It was the same thing I told him every time I asked him to do something for me.
"Why me…" Ray muttered to himself as I asked him to get me some girly clothes. I didn't want to go shopping, and I knew if I played my cards right, Ray would do it for me.
I just grinned at him in response, "Cause you're Ray! And you can do anything!" I spurted out, truly meaning what I said.
"But you wouldn't do anything bad to Sophia!" I argued back, still screeching at him.
And he just grinned back at me, still holding onto to Sophia. "Do you want to bet?"
My eyes widen, and suddenly Ray placed his hand onto Sophia's face, immediately shutting her crying up. I heard her still cry though, but now it was more muffled under the skin.
"W-What are you doing?" I stuttered, hoping and praying that he wouldn't do anything bad at her. "What-ever you're planning, stop it!"
But he didn't stop it. All he did was keep his hand on her face, and I saw Sophia's eyes suddenly fly open.
I think she was screaming under Ray's hand before her whole entire body exploded into bits.
My eyes widen, as I felt my face litter with blood splats. My mind couldn't comprehend all the pieces flying everywhere, the skin littering the ground, and the innards… I mean, remaining of the innards splashed into the wall, making a soft 'thump' sound as they slid down.
And in the whole mess, Ray just laughed insanely.
When he finally stopped, and when I finally noticed that there was hot water flowing down my cheeks, erasing all the blood that splattered my face, Ray looked at me.
I stared at him, through blurry eyes, and he just smiled softly. He came closer to me, and I backed up, only stopping when the chains made me stop.
When he was finally close enough, I looked away in disgust. I didn't want to look at his face anymore, the face that was still smiling at the act he just committed.
"Aw, looking away again?"
"W-what are you doing?" I asked as Ray came closer. He didn't say anything, but I felt my face get hot as I saw his smiling face. I didn't know why, but it felt…
Happy? Strange? Excited?
I didn't know, but every time I see Ray's face now I felt flushed, and I was unable to meet his gaze directly. I didn't want him to see me blushing, he's going to think that I was thinking of something bad…
But this time, I wasn't looking away because I was blushing. I was looking away because I didn't want to see his evil face.
But he did as he always did. He lifted up my chin, making me look straight at his face, and I almost through up. His wonderful bluish purple eyes were drenched in darkness and twisted excitement. His pale skin was painted with large splashes of red splats, and pieces of skin or guts even stuck in his hair.
"What is it, darling?" He asked, and I just stared in shock at his face. How was he able to handle Sophia's… stuff all over his face like that?! And still SMILE?!
He leaned down closer, "Staring is rude you know." And he closed the distant in between us. Locking our lips together, and I felt his familiar soft lips on top of mine.
But this time, I tasted blood in with the mix, and I felt horrible.
When he broke apart, he smiled softly at me, almost like he was caring. "I love you." He whispered, and I couldn't say anything. He actually said the words I've been waiting so long for... But I didn't feel happy... No... I hated the words that came out of his mouth right now...
I just hated it...
He straightened up again, letting go of my chin and smiled softly at me. "I'll be back tomorrow okay? Be a good girl."
He turned around, and left through a door I didn't know was there.
I felt tears drip down from my face, and I just kept crying and crying out of desperation.
That wasn't Ray… That wasn't Ray… That wasn't Ray… That wasn't Ray…
I muttered to myself over and over again. That couldn't be him, he wouldn't be that cruel, right?! He wouldn't do that to Sophia, he wouldn't do that to me… He wouldn't…
So then where is Ray?
... So, what do you think of it?
