The Bible: Fact or Folly

The Bible .It's the most controversial text to date. It's the single greatest bestseller since it was written. The question is: What do you think? Here's what some of the greatest have said:

Voltaire, French infidel, died 1778

- said that "within 100 years of his time, Christianity would be swept away from existence and pass into the obscurity of history."

-Yet 50 years after his death, the Geneva Bible Society used his house and printing press to produce stacks of Bibles.

John Quincy Adams, sixth U.S. President, said,

"The first and almost only book deserving of universal attention is the Bible...I have for many years made it a practice to read through the Bible once a year."

My thoughts are strong on this matter. Many people think that the Bible may once has been good, but is now irrelevant. Science seems to be taking over people's minds these days.

How do you think the world started?

Do you believe in absolute truths?

Is the Bible relevant today?

They're all questions that are being asked over one book. A debate even more popular than Twilight (sorry fangirls), it's been going on for centuries and frankly, I want answers. YOUR answers. Can you answer the questions, and more importantly, will you be right? I want to know what the world thinks.

Review and tell: Is the bible fact or folly? Why?
