A/N: Nothing to really say..
This is what i was talking about with my Remember story.
I was writing this and the idea for Remember came to me x]

Don't forget to review :D

I've tried forgetting you, but I just can't seem to.

It's been five years, you'd think by now the shock would have worn off.

Every day, I wake up. Regretful and hopeless.

"We'll be together forever." you promised me.

I guess you never expected anything like that to happen.

Not a day goes by, that I don't think of you.

I wonder what you'd be doing right now, where you'd be.

You always told me, your life long dream was to marry me.

That was my dream too.

Every night, I end up crying myself to sleep.

Every second of every day, I wish you would come back.

Every year on the day we met, I go to our favorite place. That gorgeous lake surrounded by trees that hid it, so no one but us knows its there.

Every time I see a shooting star, I wish for you.

But my wish never comes true.

Another year passes, that makes six.

My memories of you are now slowly fading.

July Twenty-third, Two-thousand-four. Six-thirty five PM.

That was the last time I saw you.

We were thirteen years old.

I still remember your short shaggy sandy-blond hair, and how you always had your bangs over those gorgeous icy blue eyes of yours.

I remember your sweet voice, and your warm embrace.

People say, at such a young age you can't truly fall in love.

But we did. We proved those people wrong.

Today, I woke up and dragged myself out of bed.

It was Saturday. No school.

No one was home besides myself, so I grabbed my car keys and started out to the garage.

Half way to the garage I decided to walk instead.

That's what we always used to do.

So, I threw my keys back in the house, grabbed my bag and started walking down the road.

To our place.

The Hidden Lake was always my favorite place to go.

Where I could think and write in peace.

The one thing about it was, when I was there memories of you always flooded my mind.

I finally get to the forest of trees, and continue through them then finally I reach the lake.

Luna Lake.

We named it that because 'Luna' means Moon, and since at night the moon always reflected off the lake, that's what we named it.

I walked to the single tree that was a few feet from the lake, all by itself.

I sat down at the base and leaned up against it as I always did.

On the tree you carved 'Jake loves Allie.' in a heart, that's why it's our tree. My favorite tree.

I took my notebook out of my bag and set it on my lap, then I opened it to a blank page and started writing away.

These days, all I wrote were songs about you.

After I wrote for a while, I looked up at the lake, then over to my left.

I saw a figure standing at the end of the field.

"No one but you and I know about this place, who could that person be?" I wondered to myself.

Then the figure started walking towards me.

Once it was in the sunlight, I realized it was a man, about my age.

Then he got closer, and I could see his face better.

It was you Jake, there was no mistaking it.

But how could that be possible? Your father told me you were dead.

I blinked once or twice, thinking you were just a illusion.

But when I opened my eyes again, you were still there, walking towards me slowly.

I set me notebook back on my bag and stood up, tears falling down my face now.

You were almost here.

I ran to you, right into your arms.

You wrapped your arms tightly around me and kissed my head.

You were real, this couldn't be an illusion, it just couldn't.

We didn't speak for the longest time, we just stood there, our arms around each other.

"H-how is it possible...? how are you here..? y-your dad said you were dead." I finally said, stuttering from sobbing.

"He thought I was dead. See I was in this car accident, and I fell into a coma. Just a couple months ago, I woke up and was just fine. I lost a lot of my memory, mostly of my family and when I was a kid. But the only thing I clearly remembered was you." you said, looking down at me.

"W-why didn't you call me earlier?"

"I couldn't remember your number, or where you lived, I just remembered when we were kids." you pauses, "my friend finally came to see me, and helped me find you." you smile, "then suddenly the other day, I remembered everything about us, and a little of my family. So I came here."

"I-I missed you so much!" I said, tears still streaming down my face.

You lifted one of your hands and wiped my tears, then without another word, you leaned down and kissed me with so much passion, it felt as if we'd never been apart.

"I missed you too."
