Meaningless apology

I know it's me,

When you yell.

That tone in your voice,

I can tell...

I've done it wrong all over again

So I have to say I'm sorry,

Even when I'm not.

So they can feel that,

I have learned alot.

I know it's me,

Who won't speak.

When others question,

Excuses are weak.

So afraid am I to ask,

Lest I be a burden,

To those who do me good.

And I listen constantly,

And question if I should.
