"Are you sure you're not stalking me?"

"Positive." He answered.

"Then please explain why you followed me into a girls washroom? Ah, what do they call it...the loo!" She asked in a smug tone of voice, hands on her hips.

Christian had the decency to look abashed and rubbed at his neck with the palm of his hand.

"There was a shady looking guy standing outside the washroom, he had a predatory look on his face after you walked in. So, me being the nice guy I am, walked inside to make sure you weren't kidnapped or anything."

Felicity smiled fondly at Christian as he took a deep breath. Her heart melting just a tiny bit on the inside.

"...Thanks. I wouldn't want to get kidnapped on the best trip of my life. Might just ruin the whole experience."

He nodded cheekily. "Just a smidge."

Felicity turned back around and quickly washed her hands in the metallic washroom sink, glancing in the mirror as she did so.

Christian had leaned up against the wall, hands in his pockets, a now, calm look in his eyes. She was anything but calm. Mellow. Cool and collected, whatever you wanted to call it.

Another part of the fortune tellers prediction had come true. She had been saved, yet again. Frowning, she lightly shook her palms then ripped a piece of paper out of the dispenser to dry them.

'This instance must have been a 'More ways than one,' type of addition the the prediction. That means all that's left is my love handing me my heart.'

Sneaking a glance at Christian, Felicity shook her head. There was no way that he could be the one, it was all too...cliche. The whole boy next door thing...

She kind of wished that it was Christian, but fate probably wouldn't be on her side.

"Ready to go?"

He spoke up, breaking her train of thought.

"Yeah, lets head out before someone comes in and sees you in here."

Christian rolled his eyes. "Hey, I was just trying to save you. Again."

Felicity narrowed her eyebrows playfully at him as they sneaked out of the restroom, trying to make sure no one saw him exiting.

"I didn't need saving in the first place, but thanks anyway." She added with a smile.

He shyly grinned back at her as they walked along the subway lines.

Felicity swallowed the nervous lump that was forming in her throat and tried to ignore the way her palms were starting to calm up. Taking a deep breath, she focused on the task at hand.

She and Christian were going to see his grandmother.

He had been talking to his loving relative on Tuesday about how he was doing and what he had been up to in London. Christian had told his grandmother about how they went walking in the park and to the wax museum, so the older lady had asked if she could meet the young lady he was spending all his time with.

Felicity had happily obliged, excited, but extremely nervous to meet his grandmother. Meeting and talking to his mother was one thing, but grandmother? She had to make a good impression, and was scared of making herself look like a fool.

Christian tried to cure her fears as they rode the subway to the older lady's apartment.

They had made it to the homey apartment, flowers hanging from the small balcony, about ten minutes later and were instantly ushered in the door by a kind looking lady.

"Come in, come in dears! I've just made some tea if you want any."

Felicity smiled at her and glanced up at Christian as they were led into the kitchen. He was nodding at his grandmother and ushered her into the cozy kitchen. There was a wooden, circular table with three chairs around it and she anxiously sat down, trying not to fidget. Christian sat down next to her, giving her a thumbs up.

She gazed around the kitchen, there were paintings on the walls and a few photos, of who she assumed, were family. A small fridge was beside the stove, which, for what she could tell, was currently baking a batch of biscuits.

Turning towards the older lady, Felicity uttered a thanks when she offered a mug of tea. Christians grandmother set another mug down in front of him and sat down with her own cup, taking a sip before speaking.

"So this is the young lady my grandsons been spending all his spare time with?"

She nodded, "My names Felicity, its nice to meet you ma'am."

The older woman laughed, "Please dear, call me Sally." She said with a warm smile.

Sally Abair looked fondly at the two teens sitting at her table and hid a grin while taking a swig of tea. She was tall, just like Christian and was wearing a pair of wire rimmed glasses, a golden chain hanging around her neck. Her blonde hair was slowly turning white and she was wearing an apron.

Felicity instantly took to the woman, Sally reminded her of her own mother, warm and caring, not a hurtful bone in her body.

The three of them sat for quite a few hours, eating biscuits and sandwiches, getting to know each other and telling stories about the past. Felicity laughed particularly hard when Sally told her a tale from when Christian was just a toddler and had tried to help her baking.

He was only about two years old, barely able to walk, and had stumbled into a bag of flour, covering himself in the white powder. She even had a photo to go with the story.

Felicity had peeked over at Christian, and watched as a pink colour spread over his cheeks. She grinned.

It was nearing seven when Christian had noticed the time.

"Well we should probably be going, I still have one more place to visit before the night is up."

Felicity looked at him with suspicion and raised an eyebrow, he merely smirked in response.

The three of them got up and made their way to the front door.

Sally smiled at them. "It was nice meeting you Felicity, you have to come back again sometime."

She nodded, "It was nice meeting you too Sally."

Christian turned towards his grandmother and gave her a hug.

"It was great seeing you Nan, I'll have to bring mom the next time I visit."

Sally patted her grandson on the shoulder, turned and gave Felicity a hug too. She hesitantly drew back, surprised at the older woman, but beamed at her.

"You keep my young Christian out of trouble." She whispered, grinning.

Felicity laughed, opening the door. The two teens exited the apartment, waving and yelling goodbye at Christians grandmother.

When she twisted back around to face Christian, he was holding two tickets in his hand. Felicity glanced sharply at his face, then back down at the tickets. He smiled.

"My treat. Now come on, we don't want to be late!"

He grabbed her hand and gave a gentle squeeze, pulling her along the sidewalk.

Their laughter could be heard down the block.

They finally made it to their destination as the sun was beginning to set, bright red and oranges painted the sky, not a cloud in sight.

She still couldn't believe the surprise Christian had in store, it was all too much. Tilting her head upwards, she watched the glass capsules spin slowly around.

"Christian, you really didn't need to do this."

He didn't looked any less downcast, his lips pulled into a smug grin.

"I know that, but I wanted to. Plus I knew how much you wanted to go on this."

Felicity sighed, as excitement grew inside her. They were going to ride the largest Ferris wheel in the world. The London Eye.

When they finally got ushered into a glass capsule, the sun had already set, stars now shining bright, and the lights of the city sparkling. The crowd had died down and they were alone inside the ride.

Felicity quickly took out her camera and took multiple shots, of the parliament buildings, Big Ben, the skyline and anything else in between. Christian had apprehended the camera from Felicity and took a few photos of her, as they rode higher and higher into the sky.

She pressed her hands against the glass and stared out into the distance, marvelling at the city all around.

"Its so beautiful."

Christian spoke up from beside her. "Yeah, I can't believe how large the city is, were all so small in comparison."

She nodded in agreement.

They were just turning around the bend when Christian dug something out of his pocket.

Felicity gazed at him in wonder.

He opened his palm to reveal a small, though inexplicably familiar, crystal heart.

"Is this yours? I found it at the hotel one morning, outside your door. I didn't know if it was or not."

She nodded too shocked to speak. Reaching out a hand, Felicity took it from his grasp and wrapped her hand around the small stone, staring intently into Christians eyes.

'He gave me...my heart?'

And as the last part of Lady Cassandras prediction came true, Felicity smiled a small smile, much to the confusion of the boy standing in front of her. Standing on her tiptoes, crystal heart still in her hand, Felicity wrapped her hands around him.

"Thank you," she whispered into his chest, hands clutching behind his back.

Christian tensed for a moment, but relaxed and pulled her closer to him, resting his chin atop her head.

Felicity sighed in content and closed her eyes, not wanting to let go, saddened when she began to feel him pull away. Her eyes opened when she felt him become close again, as a warm puff of air whisked over her cheeks. Christians head hung above hers, his lips mere centimetres away.

Their eyes were locked and Felicity could see the hesitation in his orbs.

Pushing up off the ground further, her sneakers bent at the toe, she inched closer, her eyes flickering towards his lips. Letting out a sigh, her focus wavered. Christian tentatively ghosted his lips over hers.

Felicity felt her heart beat happily in her chest as her breath was sucked away. Clutching tighter around him, she pressed herself closer, feeling his warmth encase her. Christian circled his arms further around her, pulling Felicity flush against him, kissing her deep and tenderly.

Unknown to the pair in a tight embrace, a single flash went off as they descended back towards the entrance.

It seems fate had finally intervened.

A/N: Well, this is the last chapter, only the epilogue left to go!
