Chapter 1
"I know this may see bit far-fetched since we've only met and all. But..."
He stared at her with wide eyes as she tood there in front of his front door, begging him for a favor of a life time.
It wasn't so awkward, just negate the fact they only just met.
"Why am I doing this again?" a young adult about in his early 20's spoke, his hand over his eyes and looking down right troubled as another young adult abotu in her early 20's as well or maybe younger sat next to him, looking outside as the Los Angeles streets watching for potential raids and/or mobs.
But when she heard him ask that question, she momentarily stopped her watching, "Because you promised me to do it saying you owed me for saving your life" she answered matter-of-factly, quite pumped up after running out of the hotel lobby only moments ago in 5 seconds flat and jumping into a taxi passing by and yelling 'GO!' to the surprised driver.
"Correction. I told you, I'd humor you since you basiaclly saved my life. But I guess that act of heroism was only so you can kidnap me in the end" he smirked at her lazily.
"was not. I was just unlucky enough to stumble into you at that time and also, if I wasn't in so much trouble, I wouldn't even be needing your help in the first place" she half passed yelled at his ear, quite fed up with him now. Honestly, what does that girl see in this guy?
His eyes squinted by a fraction yet his annoyance could be easily definitely read across his face, but he sighed in the end, getting too tired to argue with her any longer, "So what do you need me to for anyway? A famous superstar you just so happened to kidnap" he drawled out dully.
She bit back a yell since its come to this point anyway, "You're Michael Lewey, right?" she asked first, hoping that he wouldn't say yes and yet she knew her eye sight was never that terrible.
"Yah"
"Well... I need you because... my sister's a fan of yours"
In the A-list city that is Los Angeles, it is almost impossible to think that young girls don't go partying all day, searching for their beloved idols, or shopping till they drop with the hottest run way outfits fresh from magazines and superstar talk shows and cover stories.
With all the glitz and glamour, no girl could resist or if someone told of it, no one would even believe them.
But, suprising as it is, in the village of Rose near the east end of LA lives 2 sisters, one in her 19th year and the other a year younger than her. And unlike most girls their age who go man hunting, shopping, or partying almost everyday, they live a very simple life; the younger studying at the University of Rose and the older is working in 2 jobs, one as a newspaper layout editor for the Weekly Gazette and the other as a professor's assistant at UR.
Both are very hardworking and friednly, known as the Adam's sisters both in their village and UR.
They are Ayumi Adams and Roxanne Adams, our heroines for this story and like all good stories, we have to stir up trouble and mayhem for the beloved characters, and that's where our story begins - or has begun.
Let's proceed with a teaser, shall we?
She looked at him with wide eyes, staring at him like she was seeing the most shocking thing in her life.
His guitar fell to the floor, the wood that made contact with the hard ground sent a cracking sound throughout the garden.
He looked up at her, shocked beyond belief and his mind racing with question he couldn't answer, but she didn't ask the questions in his mind...
Her mouth went grim and her face now was empty without shock or sadness in them, "You are not Michael Lewey"
... Instead she shattered his hope.
Teaser End.
Like? Good.
