He was a child of sunlight

Embraced me warm but love too hot

He was a boy of wonder

Held on too strong to what he caught

He was a man of power

His grip drew color along my skin

He was a creature broken

Always toying with lust and sin

He was a towering giant

And yet so small he fit into my palm

He was a contradiction

A perfect blend of beauty and napalm

His eyes burned brighter then a flame

He never lost whatever game he played

He was a man I knew and wanted

Now he's a memory broken and clouded
