A/N: I still continue to be completely floored when I see how many reads "Breathless" still gets after all this time! I honestly am so grateful for every read, every review that I get. It means the world to me.

As of now, I'm working on Book Two! Although it's still in the very early stages, I'm very excited to see where it's going and I hope that you are excited to read it! So without further ado, here is the full summary for "Reckless".

A year ago, Charlotte couldn't imagine loving anyone but Jack. But with the war underway and so many changes in her life, that Charlotte from a year ago seems like only a shadow of her new self. When her childhood idol Edmund Lafayette is cast to play opposite her in Romeo and Juliet, Charlotte finds herself suddenly conflicted with her feelings for Jack. But everything changes when Jack comes home injured and the truth comes out: that he has become engaged and the wedding is quickly approaching. Now, Charlotte is torn between yearning for her first love or accepting that she's feeling something with Edmund that she's never felt before…but even something as powerful as love seems trivial when Charlotte learns about a dark family secret that changes everything she knew about herself.

UPDATE:

So I've left this alone for quite a while (I went to college and was far too busy to write for pleasure in my spare time). But I'm back. And I'm thrilled to say that I've put the first chapter of "Reckless" to paper (or rather, to Google Docs)!

THANK YOU once again to all of you who read and re-read "Breathless". Honestly, as I go back and read the reviews again, I'm so honored that so many of you took the time to read my little story about a French girl and English boy. I have such wonderful things planned for "Reckless". Although I wrote the outline over four years ago, it still nearly reduced me to tears when I revisited it today. And I'm thrilled that even all these years later, the characters remain true and their stories continue in the most beautiful way I can manage.

I hope you'll join me for this second ride with Charlotte. Thank you for your continued support and I'm so excited to start this next journey.
