They grow up so fast these days
their innocence flying by in a haze
adult clothes seem to be their latest craze
Revealing clothes and high heels
at the age when I wanted shoes with wheels
the only thing I dressed up like that
was my Cindy doll always with a big hat
I don't know whats next, girls thinking their too fat
and going on line for internet chat
I used to roll my eyes when people said 'in my day'
but I think todays freedom may have a future price to pay
Growing Up So Fast by petbuddy
