Beautiful World...

Do we live in a beautiful world? Or do we just think we do because we know nothing else? As this is written or read there are conflicts and many people suffer through every minute of every day. How can we say we live in a beautiful world when we know that that's going on?

I suppose if you were an onlooker from space and passed the Earth, you probably would think it's a beautiful world. From space, Earth looks like a peaceful planet, but on its surface it couldn't be more different.

I guess, though, it's all a point of view. People view the world in different ways and there are some people out there who would consider it to be a beautiful world.

For me, I don't know what to think. Not yet, anyway. Though, I know one day, I will probably have an opinion on this. However, right now, my mind is not yet made up. I mean, there are some days where I think the world is cruel and awful. For example when you hear on the news about what a natural disaster has done to country and how many people have suffered because of it. But then when I see pictures of some of the most beautiful places on the planet, I can't help but admire the beauty and smile.

So I guess the question is still unanswered, isn't it? Do we live in a beautiful world? Well, one thing's for certain: we do live in a world full of beautiful places. But is the world itself beautiful? I honestly have no idea.
