"If you want to forget something or someone, never hate it, or never hate him/her. Everything and everyone that you hate is engraved upon your heart; if you want to let go of something, if you want to forget, you cannot hate."
― C. JoyBell C.

The new chef was a hit, that night Aine heard compliments from all levels. The super elite kept wishing to the meet him, Aine figuring sense it was the young man's first night, he would hold off on it for a week.

Aine wasn't surprised the crew had adapted to the boy so well, not only was he adorable to the other Trixian. He had a rather steel like resolve in him, as well as an adaptable, down to earth attitude. Aine, was glad he had been lucky to get the cook after the last one had been forced out. Aine winced at the memory of the scene of the other cook. A human cook would be better, submissive seemed to be better in the kitchen, and this one wouldn't try to sleep with the gold graded customers.

Aine walked in to the corridor that was hidden from the clientele. He passed the kitchen hearing laughter, deciding to take a look inside he saw the young leader on the floor.

"Wow, trust me to never do that again." He stood with the help of two others, he seemed to not notice their hands lingering. And walked over to the sous chef, to say something else, everywhere he seemed to go left a smile or an eased aura. Aine, leaned against to wall watching, "Oh sir I didn't see you."

The young man smiled up at him, "I hope my work had been satisfactory, I was nervous that it wouldn't meet the hirer clientele's taste."

Standing straight Aine smiled down at the young chef, "Mister Dain you were a success, no one had a complaint about the food, and I wish for you to be as creative in your cooking as long as you also keep traditional dishes."

"Of course, without the old, how could we make new. I really want to revamp the desert menu." The chef raddled off until, a flush appeared on the young man's face, "I'm sorry I've been chatting your ear off, I'll send an email to you of the new deserts I would like to introduce. Well then let me get back to it, see ya later."

Aine watched him go back into the kitchen, shaking his head he chuckled as he walked back towards his office.

"Phew, all done." Jess looked around her now clean kitchen, she smiled she was two classes from graduating. she wished she could work in this kitchen when she was done with school. Sigh, but sense it was male only it was unlikely after this experiment she would go back to her life.

She waved buy to other guys, before locking the door and walking towards the bus.

Pov switch

Aine, got into his car, exiting the club parking lot, he turned onto the main road, he noticed Jahen, walking along it. The young man had ear phones in his head bopping to the music, the boy walked across the street towards the bus stop.

Aine watch as the chef pulled a book out of his bag while taking a seat. He wondered where the boy lived, even though they requested addresses from the workers. They only kept it on file for about a month. And a separate company handled the back ground checks, so Aine didn't have a hand in it. Sighing he pulled off, his mind staying on the sweet face of the cook.

Jess tried ignoring it but it wasn't working, "Luna, will you please stop singing 'At last' in that tone."

Sounding sheepish she stopped, "I'm sorry, I forgot how much you hate Barney." She laughed while picking up her bowl of cereal and joining Jess on the couch.

"So how is the experiment going?" Jess shrugged turning back towards the T.V.

"I don't know, it isn't bad the Trexian men are very attractive, and they have accepted me with open arms." Finding nothing one she turned the T.V off and turned towards Luna.

"The guys say that most of the drama is in the entertainment sector, apparently there is a lot drama going on in that area." She and Luna contemplated in silence.

"Well good thing you're just the cook, you want ever have to deal with the customers or the entertainers."

Thinking on this Jess, got up to finish her paper for herb lore class.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH?"

Craig and the other cooks felt bad for the waiter, the little snapper Jahen hated nit pickers, or people who wasted food. Apparently this Gold member didn't find Jahen's steak good enough, and sense Alex had made it three times the other cooks, could see Jahen close to snapping.

Jerking the plate from the waiter's hands, Jahen tossed the food in the trash, "I'll make his damn food and deliver it to his table if he bitches then…" They felt the customer wouldn't survive the next part of that thought.

Jahen did everything, from the sauce to the grilling; jerking off his hat he slammed into the diner. Catching the attention of the other customers, walking passed the gaping audience. He walked over to the table that was in the private sector, the hostess, quickly moved out of his way.

"It seems that this club can't keep to their promise of high standards to their kitchen…"

"Hrm,hrm."

Jahen glared down at the customer, "I'm the head chef and I have personally prepared your fourth serving, please try and tell me if it meets your high standards.

"U-um I will, I'll be sure to tell you." The customer, who now seemed embarrassed to be put on the line like that, took a bite.

Grimacing, Jahen waited for the judgment, only to want to punch the jerk in the face.

"It's alright but not perfect."Jahen jerked the plate away from the ignoramuses reach, and whirled around.

Stopping in front of Jaque the lead hostess, "Please escort Mister Erlin out, we seem to be un- able to match his high expectations and I would hate to cause him trouble, by serving him cheap food we will no longer serve him or his party."

With that Jahen slammed back out of the dining area, leaving others to speculate about the new chef.

Aine was having meeting, when the person stood and noticed the action going on down stairs.

"Who is your new addition?" "Hmm, oh that's Jahen, my new head chef."

They both stood in front of the wall that many didn't realize was actually a two way glass window.

"Is he single?" Aine gave Quincy a look, even though the man was as un-emotional as the regular Trexian. He was far more possessive, and often Aine had to pay off some of his workers who had found him too much.

Turning away from the spectacle down below, Aine returned to his desk.

"I'm not sure he hasn't shared his life story with me." Reluctantly Quincy fallowed him.

"You don't have to be sarcastic; I just thought you might know a few details that would allow me to cozy up to him." Folding his long frame into a chair, Quincy smiled innocently at Aine.

Aine shook his head, and shuffled the papers on his desk. "Let's just get back to business and you leave my staff alone."

Quincy agreed with the first, but Aine wasn't even sure if he heard the latter.

Jahen sighed, his back was sore and he wanted chocolate bad. Hopping up to sit on the counter he watched the others finish their stations.

"Are you down for drinks after this?" Turning from morose thoughts, Jahen considered Craig's offer.

"Why not, it's not like I have school tomorrow, where are we going?"

Craig smirked, "Nowhere really."

Ignoring the ominous response he followed Craig and Alex into an elevator. Craig selected '0' and down they went, feeling apprehensive Jahen followed them out into a classy bar.

"CRAIG, I haven't you seen for a minute."

Craig laughed, at the greeting from a flamboyant man behind the Bar.

"Awe, no love for me?" Placing his hand on his chest, Alec pouted.

"Oh, you…you know I love all my working boys. They don't call me 'MaMia' for any reason. "Noticing Jahen peaking from behind Alex, he gestured towards him. "And this is…?"

Alex laughed, while pulling Jahen from behind him. "This is our new Chef, here at 'Eclipse', and we decided to bring him out for drinks."

Jahen pulled on his ear lobe, "H-hi, I hope we're not bothering you so close to closing."

Mamia, shrugged his comment aside, "Oh we unlike the kitchen don't close till 3 in the morning, considering our clientele don't leave till then."

Turning his attention back to Craig, "So what am I making for you boys tonight."

Craig looked at the menu, "You know what, make me something sour, Alex?"

"I'll take something …sweet!"

Jahen looked at the menu, he really wanted, "C-chocolate, I'll take anything with chocolate a lot of it."

Later after receiving their drinks, Alec and Craig watched as Jahen devoured the glass of pure dark chocolate. Every sound he made was pure sex, even the purr of satisfaction at the end made them both choke.

"Are you guys, okay?"

"Yeah, yeah we're both fine."

Jahen said bye thanking them, before he left to catch his bus in time.

…"Am I the only who just imagined him in bed?"

All three laughed at Ma-mia, Craig revived first. "It's like he doesn't think about the fact this is a gentlemen's club for Trexians."

"He doesn't."

Craig his voice full of shock responded, "What, you're joking?!"

"Nope, he thinks it's like one of those places, the humans had in the 18th century where guys drink, and play pool, not a brothel." Alex finished the rest of his drink, noticing their shocked expressions.

"I know. I was planning to tell him in detail but, those brown eyes, kept me from actually telling the truth. Also I don't think even if I told him, it would change anything. He said 'that any Trexian wouldn't be able to form solaria with him anyway."

Craig, let his mind wander, "Well we are going to have to keep him from the entertainment hall as much as possible." They all agreed before shooting down some more hard liquor.

The next day would be a busy day, for Alex and Craig between actually cooking and keeping Jahen from going to the Entertainment building kept them hopping. Apparently the rumor of Jahens cute ness had spread like wild fire. Customers and coworkers, and strangers were constantly trying to get a look at the new cook. Alex slumped against the fridge, "I thought you said this would be easy."

Craig leaned against the wall, annoyance coloring his voice, "It was, how I was supposed to know, that everyone and their mother would be interested in him, I don't know."

Jahen counted the plates, checking for splatters, or missing items. Tonight was the banquet night, for some charity. To be honest he hadn't even paid too much to who or what it was for. He had only had one issue.

Flash-Back

"A cattier, you're telling me you're having someone else cook the food."

Aine heard the indignation in the cooks' voice. He had expected the boy, would enjoy the break. Not be waving a menu in his face, his face flushed from temper.

"Jahen, you have been working hard since we hired you. I thought this being one of the many banquets, you wouldn't mind the break."

"What! I'm perfectly fine plus this is the only night, I won't have to do substitutions or concern myself with allergies. I can make the most creative things, and best dishes."

Aine saw the passion in Jahens eyes and sighed, "All right your kitchen will be in charge, just make sure to call for extra hands."

Jahen smiled running out to inform his kitchen crew of the change.

Flash forward.

Jahen watched the last of the dishes, get walked out.

Deciding all they could do was wait around, the crew and Jahen began playing a noisy round of poker.

Jacques stood in the door way, watching the kitchen crew. His screwed up showing his distaste at their behavior. "Jahen, Monsieur would like to see you, some one wishes to compliment the cook."

Jahen removed the tie from his head, groaning.

"Why can't they just eat and go home, I get paid for what I do."

Getting up he followed Jacques, to a part of the building he had never been too.

"Wow."

Jahen was standing in, a gold gilded room; the lighting was low as dancers hanging on ribbons did intricate movements in the air.

The decorations, made him think of the pictures he had scene of Olympia in his Greek class. Fallowing

Jacques deeper into the room, he noticed everyone was wearing mask, depicting a character. He only recognized a few of them.

"Ah, here they are, Jahen this is Joseph Cain, he is one of my financial partners."

Jahen moved his eyes from the flying dancers, to the man in front of him.

"Beautiful."

Jahen couldn't help letting his eyes, wonder over the man standing in front of him.

Hair pulled into a sleek tail in the back, Hair color a dark black. His height almost 6'3, made his athletic physique even more impressive. Completing this gorgeous model was a pair of expressive green eyes and kissable lips.

Clearing his throat, he pulled on his left ear lobe. Noticing Aine watching him, he put his hand out.

"Sorry, I'm Jahen Dain, I heard you were impressed with my lay out."

Aine smirked behind his hand, he hadn't expected any ass kissing and of course Jahen never disappointed him.

His friend was in for a treat.

Joseph blinked down at the sprite like human, "Well I haven't had any complaints, I was originally expecting Aine, to use Heathers catering services. I must say I'm happy he went with you instead."

Joseph watched as the little chef's chest seemed to puff up at the compliment, and he couldn't help but want to lick the cheek that was flushing red.

"Wow, hadn't had that kind of thought in a long time."

Jahen, felt great at the compliment, "U-um I just try my best, and I couldn't do it if it wasn't for such a great crew. I'm pretty lucky in the people I work with. Speaking of them I should get back and get started helping them with the cleanup, so thanks and maybe we will see each other again."
