Every form of different

Every form of different

That makes us all unique

Will never be appreciated

By one or all the cliques

Whether by looks or thoughts

Personality or rep

We're daily judged

With each step

All of us try to change

Might as well admit it now

But only some succeed

And no one knows quite how

The most hurtful of our differences

Are the names that we get called

The effort to change

That leaves people appalled.

So when you've changed your attitude

Your whole way of life

And still no one understands

Your pain and your strife

You will understand that it was all in vain

And there was really nothing to gain.

All I wanted was to just be normal

But what's the point when no one cares.
