She was like a sword...
Eyes like grey steel piercing your soul
Her tall thin frame hidden
Her black hair falls straight and shining
Doesn't she sound like one?
She was like a sword...
Her tongue was sharp, she was always ready to fight
She never showed fear
Her eyes only ever showed determination
Doesn't she sound like one?
She was like a sword...
Don't get too close to her, don't become her enemy
She's not afraid to put you in your place
She's willing to sacrifice anyone for her personal gain
Doesn't she sound like one?
She was like a sword...
She was primed
Ready to defend anyone who dared cross her boundary
She was sharp, quick and fatal, like a weapon
Doesn't she sound like one?
She was like a sword...
She was never afraid
She was a weapon, devoid of her humanity
Even in death, she showed no emotion
Doesn't she sound like one?
She was like a sword...
Doesn't she sound like one?
Ok, I know it sounds like crap. My friend and I gave each other a word and challenged each other to write a poem and post it in 16 minutes. The word he gave me was "sword". So yeah, this is my poem. Not quite sure what it's about... interpret it how you want to.
